We telephoned customer service yesterday, they were very helpful and said an engineer would be there tomorrow.
The engineer came at 11:45 as we were told, he was very polite and friendly . He found what the problem was and rectified it with no problem.
He then showed us the piece that was causing the problem, then he asked my wife to try the stairlift. It was running smoothly and without any issues, so a big thank you to all the people who helped . Much appreciated

The service from start to finish was excellent. Completed an online enquiry. Callback within the hour. Home visit the same day. Megan was great at explaining everything. Peter the engineer confirmed installation time in advance. Arrived early, fitted the stairlift. Great worker no mess. Took the time to explain everything carefully to mum. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! We recently had a stairlift fitted for my mum, and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.
Mark, who came out to discuss the stairlift, was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process really easy.
Michael, the engineer who fitted it, was brilliant too. He was professional, tidy, extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. He left everything clean and tidy, which was really appreciated.
The price was very good compared with other companies we looked at, and they also offer a great recommendation scheme, which is an added bonus.
Most importantly, my mum now has a stairlift that makes life so much easier and gives us all a bit more peace of mind.
A fantastic company, lovely people and excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

I could not recommend Halton enough
I could not recommend Halton enough. Every member of staff I interacted with was incredibly helpful through every step of sorting out a stair lift for my mum. I genuinely felt like they went the extra mile to support us which is great.
I had quotes from other companies that were similar but came with the hard sell and the emotional weight behind everything. Halton just told me or did what I asked and did it it well, no complaints.
