Hajj And Umrah Experts Arvostelua

Avoid this company for the sake of your mental well-being, as they deliver an unacceptable level of customer service.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Serious concerns regarding accommodation, flights, and communication were raised, yet there has been no response for over 23 days. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for any travel provider.
They present themselves as Muslims, yet none of their actions reflect this. They do not keep their word. I will be releasing a series of documented evidence to support these claims and will explore all viable means to prevent them from continuing to deceive people.

Disappointed,
1. We were supposed to be a group of 5, after making the payment we realised that they booked us 2 different flights, splitting the group.
2. We were charged for 2 cars, saying that they didn’t have car big enough for the 5 of us. Despite this, they only sent one car for all of us from Mekka to Madina and for the airport as well.
3. We didn’t see anyone from your company neither in Mekka nor Madina.
4. The hotel in Mekka was very bad, dirty, no hot water.

I don’t understand what was the point of going to Umrah with a group?

Eman has always been helpful and reliable and responsive.

Book umrah package from 7th January to 14 th January 2026,everything is perfect 💯
Customer service is amazing, highly recommended.thank you so much ❤️

Ahtisham khan I had a very good experience with this Hajj and Umrah agent. The arrangements for visa, flights, hotel, and transportation were well organized. The staff were helpful, respectful, and always ready to guide us throughout the journey. Everything went smoothly, and I felt comfortable and supported during my Hajj/Umrah. I highly recommend this agent to others.

Recommended by friends who had used the service.
Everything was arranged to meet our requirements in a timely manner by the very supportive and respectful Moazzam.
Moazzam replied to all of our questions in a timely and efficient manner - From flights to transport to hotels, everything was on point and that too at a fair and reasonable price.
Thank You Moazzam.

asa. i have used this comany a few times and i have been very pleased with the servive provided.

Muhammad Umar helped me obtain some non-UK visas. The service I received was outstanding. Response times and communication was like nothing I've experienced before. I will definitely be returning in the future insha'Allah

Asalaam alikum dealt with my needs in the most efficient manner. Kept me updated with all details to make my journey as smooth as possible for umrah. Highly recommend jazak Allah Zia bhai.

Great service and great customer support

I have travelled with Hajj And Umrah Expert twice. Had good experience with organising the whole trip. Awais (no had left the company) dealt with me very patiently both times. Before he left the company he passed on complete details about his dealing with me to his colleague Zia, who was equally supportive. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was planned perfectly and very organised. Quick response time and good communication. Overall recommend.

Hi,
I travelled with Hajj and Umrah experts and Ahmed Bhai was very friendly. He explained to us very well and provided a very good Umrah service.

I highly recommend. I reached out to a number of agents but what attracted me to this company is the service Moazzam provided. He was very attentive and professional.
This was extremely helpful in making sure we picked the correct hotels and flights for us and he was only ever a call away if needed so very happy with the service. Thank you.

Incredible company. I have booked numerous times and Ms Eman William is an outstanding travel agent. She has accommodated MULTIPLE holidays for us, including umrah and destination holidays (for example, Istanbul). We've had amazing experiences and can't recommend this company and Eman enough. She went above and beyond to book us the very best hotels and made sure our trip was good. She also kept in touch to check our stay was going well and she helped us so much and made the experience very very easy for us. Thank you so much Ms Eman and the company should know she is the best asset and very very helpful and amazing at everything she does! We will always book everything with her in sha Allah.

Iman was wonderful in making sure that we have a great experience and was so helpful every time we needed her and it could not have been any better

This is my first Umrah trip with this company and it has been great.
Brother Moazzam was professional ,understanding and very helpful through out the process which involved booking of the flights and the hotels and the application for the visa.He has been approachable and replies to my queries promptly.
The only negative experience is the difficult transport from Al Marzam hotel to the HARAM in Madinah. One of the bus drivers does not attend in time which can result in missing of the congregation prayer and wasting long time before returning back to the hotel. The driver was very rude and disrespectful when I tried to discuss this issue with him ,so I had to report it to the hotel management.Obviously this is not the responsibility of Hajj and Umrah experts because it is not included in my package.
Overall ,I am very happy and I would highly recommend this company to any one intending to go for Umrah.

We have travelled for ummrah with haj and umrah experts for 3rd time now and have always been happy with the service provided. Ahmed Riaz did a great job with all the booking and meeting our needs.
He also got us a free hotel upgrade for medinah which was much appreciated

I would definitely recommend this company and I personally travel with them again

JazakAllah khair

Alhamdulillah, we recently travelled for Umrah with Hajj and Umrah Experts, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Ahmed Riaz provided timely updates and quick responses throughout the journey, which made everything smooth and stress free.

The transportation was always punctual and very comfortable. In Riyadh, we stayed at the Executive Olaya Hotel, which truly deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was excellent, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing.

In Madinah, we stayed at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The close proximity to Masjid an Nabawi was a big advantage and the overall service was very good.

In Makkah, we stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam, which had perfect proximity to the Kaabah. The hotel also had a large shopping mall inside, making everything easily accessible.

Overall, everything was well organized and beyond expectations. Insha Allah, we will definitely travel again with Hajj and Umrah Experts. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Hajj and Umrah experts made it a real nice smooth journey for us without any hassle. Will definitely recommend to others.
