haart - Slough Estate Agents Arvostelua 

If I could give 0 I would. Shocking service from Emilio and the staff at Haart Slough. I moved out of the property I rented from them on the 23d of Feb. I took pictures of the keys and a video of the room and sent them in to Emilio on Whats App. I'm still waiting on the deposit being returned. I got an email last Friday from Shakeerah asking for my bank details which were duly sent... still waiting. The only time you hear from Emilio is when he sends you a link to leave a review... he honestly thinks he's doing a good job.. Also I received an email from James Underwood on the 16th of January telling me that the landlord was selling the property and I had 2 months to vacate. No problem with that, all legal and above board. James says let me know if you would like us ( Haart) to help you find a new property. I emailed him back saying saying yes I would and he said that the branch would be in touch..... NOT 1 CALL OR EMAIL NOT 1 FROM THEM. I have emailed them all again this morning regarding the deposit.. As yet no replies, not in the least surprised. DO NOT USE THESE USELESS INDIVIDUALS. I've found a lovely place in Wokingham thanks to Martin & Co. Try them. I got a lovely card from them when I moved in. You get nothing from Haart except emails wanting a review. Well here you go.

UPDATE

Just had an email from Shakeerah saying she is still waiting on landlord approval for the deposit release. That will be the email I sent to her from admin@sanctum (landlords company) last Friday saying they were fine to process the deposit and is in the email trail... SHOCKING

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have tried for over a week to make contact, or for someone to return my countless emails but as of yet nobody from Haart has. I have requested via various emails to view a rental property advertised on Rightmove (Brickfield court) and still over a week later nobody has bothered to reply, in addition to this I have sent a personal email to Emilio Ascione who has also ignored my email. The one time I did manage to speak to someone was with a lady with the name of Stephanie who after 4 mins hung the phone up on me when I was discussing the issues I was having and no she didn’t call me back. I am a professional person, wanting to rent a property and yet it seems they don’t want my business, so I will go elsewhere.
Landlords beware - this team will go to very little effort to ensure your property is rented out. Potential renters - good look trying to get a viewing or even getting a reply!
