Awful post sale, no contact at all. I raised a complaint and got no reply, simply awful. Took commission for literally no work at all!

I’ve been with Haart (Fishponds, Bristol) for many years. They used to be OK, not great but OK. Now they are abysmal. As a landlord, I’ve been trying for months to speak to someone about my home before I try to sell it. No-one ever picks up the phone as they source that bit out to a ‘concierge’ call service. When they answer they say ‘all the agents are out or on a call’ and they will pass on the message. They don’t call back and they don’t answer emails either! I’m rarely lost for words but I find it diff to convey how awful company is. I live in US and depend on them to manage my home. It’s been a disaster. In 4 months every single agent who has been dealing with my home has left the company! All my emails bounce back. Use any company but Haart if you want to keep your sanity.

Not happy with this agency at all!!! They are impossible to contact if you have problems. They appear to extract money whenever they can at every opportunity. They do not carry out inspections when they should be. They take their percentage every month for absolutely no effort. They repair problems using their contractors and then charge for poor repairs which have to be redone at the landlord’s expense. They rent out to first time renters without guarantors being in place and then when there is a problem paying the rent there is no easy recourse. Landlords avoid.
