I recently had problems with a broken shower at my property. My letting agent Sarah Parsely dealt with it all efficiently, keeping me informed at all times. She has also dealt with several smaller issues for me over the past 12 months.

Our experience with Emma Scott was the best I’d ever encountered. After a really bad experience with another company, I was unsure on how my next move would be. Sarah at Haart Torquay has been exceptionally helpful at providing support and management for my rental property. She has dealt with out of office hours / emergency requests quickly and calmly, giving reassurance to both myself and the tenant.
