Really helpful company as postage was wrong they refunded straight away and this was done on Sunday. I have only used slip collar so far and really good quality. Long line in colour sage looks like good quality to. Glad they don't try and over charge for postage like many other company just cause I live in the Highlands and islands

I placed my order on 27th June. I finally got some communication on 8th July via text, having emailed and left a voicemail on previous days. I cancelled my order as something seemed amiss.

For context and others reading this. We had apologised for the delay and explained that the delay was due to unforeseen family issues that had to be attended to. This order was placed on 27th June (Saturday). We were 3 working days late and the parcel was due to be despatched on 8th July. Naturally, we hate any disappointment and have offered our apologies for same. The client claimed they had already had a bank refund despite no chargeback being raised on us so we took the unfortunate decision to cancel the order to avoid any further confusion.

i placed an order on May 17th, on May 22nd (after 5 working days) i chased up on where my parcel was - i appreciate they're a small company but all the reviews were saying how their delivery is super fast and things were dispatched next day so i was hoping i'd get the delivery before the bank holiday rather than having to wait the full 5 working days to be told it would be dispatched on the 23rd May.
not only that on the dispatch i noticed that one dummy wasn't listed so i emailed enquiring, i stated had i known it was out of stock (bear in mind on their website it was in-stock... i was simply enquiring if it was going to be sent.. had it not been i would've rather cancelled the order as its just been a negative experience, rather than letting me know about said dummy they cancelled my order 🤬)
so an absolute waste of time!
they claim them offered me a discount but the only discount i see is their generic discount they offer to everyone (10% - i had already used a 10% discount on this order)
no communication from their side was given about the delayed dispatch or the missing item.
apparently a bank holiday (23rd May, this is when i got the dispatch email) isn't appropriate to enquire on the where abouts of the missing dummy, surely better to enquire before the order comes and waste more time in waiting?
honestly it's beyond frustrating and i wouldn't PERSONALLY recommend this particular shop.

i waited FIVE working days before messaging, NOT three as they've previously claimed.
yes i said had it not arrived in the time stated i wouldn't have bothered shopping with them. didn't say i wish i cancelled, by that point i would've waited as enough time has passed and i wanted my order.
then i got the confirmation to find the dummy was missing, the order was shipped the day AFTER the 5th day though i guess you can't count the saturday as day 6 as technically its not a 'working day'.
i hadn't been told about the missing dummy and by this point again i had more than enough of being messed around i said had i known then & only then i would have cancelled!

We are disappointed to read this review, particularly as it does not accurately reflect the sequence of events.
Your order was placed on 17 May , you first chased the order on 20th May via our online chat, and was processed and dispatched within our stated dispatch timeframe of up to 5 working days. As advertised throughout our website, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Prior to dispatch, you contacted us regarding an item that had become unavailable due to a stock discrepancy. We apologised, explained the situation, and offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
In your correspondence you stated that, had you known an item was unavailable, you would have cancelled the order, you did this multiple times. As a result, and to avoid any further inconvenience, we made the decision to cancel and refund the order in full before delivery was completed.
It is therefore incorrect to suggest that you were left waiting indefinitely for goods that we had no intention of supplying. The order was already in transit when the cancellation decision was made and a stop-and-return request had to be placed with Royal Mail.
We are a small family business handling thousands of products and, whilst stock discrepancies can occasionally occur, we always aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. In this case a full refund was provided and no financial loss was incurred.
We wish you well and hope you find a supplier better suited to your expectations.

Having checked your order, it was placed on 18 May and dispatched on 26 May, which was within our advertised 5 working day dispatch timeframe once the Bank Holiday is taken into account.
At the time of your review, this was the first notification we had received that there may be a delay with delivery. Had you contacted us directly, we would have been happy to investigate the shipment with Royal Mail on your behalf.
We appreciate that delivery delays can be frustrating, however your order was dispatched within the timeframe advertised at the point of purchase. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
Please contact our customer service team and we will gladly look into the current status of your parcel and assist further.
My pup really loves them.

Good quality but poorly run
My order took a while to arrive, I ordered it on the 30th March they dispatch within 5 working days which is longer than most other providers and everything is done at the last minute. The item didn't actually arrive until the 15th May. I was able to contact Craig however, and he was helpful with this matter. The products I recieved were also good quality.
I then sent some of the items back as they arrived too late and I purchased them elsewhere. There was no confirmation of receipt from the company. I also had an agreement with the team where I wouldn't pay postage on my returns seeing as I had to buy the items from somewhere else as they took so long to arrive however, they still charged me for delivery. I had to chase confirmation of reciept of the items. Their policy also states that refunds will be processed within 14 days however, I had to chase my refund as it wasn't recieved within the 14day timeline. When I emailed regarding this, there was no reply. I did however, recieve my refund 3 days late.
The items may be slightly cheaper from the gundog catalague but honestly I would rather pay more money and have items delivered in a timely manner, the company seems poorly run.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the delays experienced with your order and subsequent refund. On this occasion, we accept that our service fell below the standards we aim to provide and understand your frustration.
Your order was placed on 30th March and despatched on 9th April, which was outside our stated target timeframe and for that we are genuinely sorry. Unfortunately, Royal Mail then experienced additional delays in transit, with tracking confirming delivery on 15th April, which further compounded the issue. Whilst some of the delay was outside of our control, we fully appreciate that from a customer perspective the overall experience was disappointing.
We did remain in communication throughout and were pleased we could assist directly when you contacted us. We are however grateful that you recognised the quality of the products received.
With regard to the return and refund, your return request was created on 16th April and the goods were received back with us on 22nd April. Due to a combination of the May bank holidays and staff holidays, the refund was processed later than it should have been and we apologise for this delay also. The refund was subsequently completed in full.
We completely accept that this was not our finest hour operationally and we have already reviewed internal processes to help prevent a repeat of this situation moving forward.

Ordered pair of game trousers on…
Ordered pair of game trousers on October 20 2025.
April 11 2026 contacted GDC with picture of the seam on inner lining coming undone after 6 months. On April 13 the last response I've had with GDC over this issue. Nothing since.
Not replying to emails or chat conversations. With no phone number and them ignoring my messages I'm stuck with trousers coming apart.

Awful service and communication
Ordered on the 16th April. Now the 27th and I haven't heard anything about it being dispatched or shipped. Several emails and only one reply saying they will be in contact once in the office but nothing. Absolutely would avoid. Now going through my bank for my money!

For clarity, your order was placed on 16th April and was still within our stated dispatch timeframe when you contacted us. We acknowledged your message and advised we would respond once back in the office.
Following your subsequent email indicating you would be pursuing a chargeback and making public complaints, we made the decision to cancel the order rather than proceed under those circumstances, and a full refund was issued immediately. This is now being processed by your bank.
