Order dealt with quickly

Delivery always fast, packaged well great product

I’ve on used the teeth finger wipes on my dog twice but haven’t noticed any discolouration on the wipe

Quality goods well packaged so they were protected informed delivery times cats really pleased so am I am too.

Have made around 4 orders with them, all was fine, till I had to return an item.
Customer service is quite bad I'm afraid, if you will have an issue with something, resolution is not guaranteed in reasonable amount of time.

I had am issue with few items (expired freeze dried raw foot they send me) and decided to send them back, thus naturally, I used a link provided (on the website) to ask for guidance. I Have send 2 messages through that link: 4 days passed, no answer. Then I emailed the company (as came to the conclusion that link is not working, not sure why its on the website though) and got a respond next day.

Long story short. I had to chaise them down 3 more times to be able to get a return label. This journey started 3rd of August and now its 3rd of September, still no resolution.
Their customer service takes ages to reply, completely ignored my 2 emails and only on the last email (where i completely lost my patients) the label was finally sent.

Its a good company, in a in a sense that they send their parcels fast enough and all items thus far (for me at least) were in order.
BUT if you will have some issues with your orders, well..... unfortunately it can become a long long process to get a resolution.

Cat loves them. Great purchase.

I really can’t commend the Profeline telescopic cat wand highly enough. With big boy bengal and Maine coon cats standard wands are far too mortal, this costs more but is better value in the long run because it’s really built for strong little furry psychopaths, plus it can be folded down and stored in a tin when not in use so I’m not worried about my enthusiastic 4month Maine coon strangling himself when I’m not looking. He really loves the tiny interchangeable bugs and the huge white dragonfly

Items are frequently out of stock.

I am very happy with my purchase thank you.

Easy to order, good quality product and delivery seamless and on time

Items were as described. Delivery prompt. Packed very well. Cats playing with them nicely.

Efficient ordering process, quick delivery, well packaged. Happy cat!

From ordering to receiving the order is generally very good and fast. The food is really good quality, although it is quite expensive. It would be great if they could do a few more offers from time to time, especially for good repeat customers.

Ordered some catfood expecting "Royal Mail Tracked 48h refers". Nothing arrives. 6 days later and only after a message to customer support: "DPD Standard or Royal Mail Tracked 48h refers to the time frame of shipping service are around 2- 3 working days however it does not include the warehouse preparation which usually takes 1- 2 working days." Thank you for making it clear right from the start.
Also, in the same email: "Just let you know your order has been dispatched yesterday", and in an email 7 minutes lates: "Unfortunately, one of the following item is damaged and we are no longer able to dispatch it for you." So you certainly did dispatch it yesterday. well done!

Quick delivery and great choice

We were short shipped which I have emailed about yesterday but no reply yet

Good delivery which is vital to me.

Really happy with the service and products bought!
