Stuff turns up. I find the website dificult and can't get subsciptions delivered to my house. Otherwise alright

Complained about goods, no response

Took me 4 days and 3 attempts to order when using “loyality” points. You build up points and to use them you have to spend over £85. Not easy to use or navigate.

Quite concerning they have stopped doing protein powder. What was wrong with it? First they stopped doing canned drinks now protein powder!

Missing items from delivery on this occasion, last time I shopped with them I had converted loyalty points to redeem against my order. When I tried to add it to the order it did not work. Lost points and offer code when I emailed the contact page never heard anything back. Very disappointed. Tried ordering again and missing items from order. Emailed two days ago. Sent a picture through have to wait three days for a response. Just quite disappointed at having two issues in a row. Usually very dependable. Not sure what’s going on at the minute.

This is a first order and love the product, however, it did say I would get some free with first order. This did not materialise

Great products and very fast delivery and service

Placed an order, about 3 weeks later I was then charged again for something I did not order - have contacted customer service and had an AI bot response which I have replied to multiple times with nothing back - I have been chasing for weeks and not had a response or a refund - to make it even better, the items that I was incorrectly charged for didn't even turn up!

The grenade protein bars are the best by a mile. They are so delicious, you feel like you are eating a normal bar of chocolate. Easy to order with plenty of offers. Delivery is super fast. I definitely recommend you give grenade a try, you definitely won't regret it.

Once ordered I received my items in good time and as planned. Very good service provided.

I like their protein bars, I just wish there website would be more transparent about size as some bars are 60g and others are smaller but you REALLY have to search to find out which size you're buying.

Other than that. Great.

Fantastic product & price. Quick delivery.

I ordered 3 boxes of the Oreo protein bars that were in the outlet sale, and ALL of the bars are inedible as they are heat damaged. Every bar is disgusting , crusty, white dusty stuff and deformed.

I contacted Grenade and sent photographs, and was told to send photographs! So, I did again and heard nothing more. I then chased it up a few days later, and received a feedback form asking how well they did resolving the matter.

They haven't resolved it. I've asked for a refund and advice on how to send back the the inedible bars, but heard no more.

I'm very disappointed and would just like my money back.

I also had problems in the past with the points system, as I have a few thousand, and activated them to use for a discount, but realised I hadn't spent enough, so was unable to apply them. I lost the points, as Grenade won't reinstate them once activated, even if you don't use them. I also had to ask for my free gift last time as it was missing, although they did resolve it satisfactorily in the end.

I hope I don't have to keep escalating this, as this is really poor service. I'm stuck with all these bars I cannot eat and out of pocket to the tune of £40.

I am keen to know if anyone else has had faulty inedible bars recently...
