Loving the Grenade bars
Loving the Grenade bars—there are loads of different flavours, so you’re bound to find a favourite. Mine is the Soft Core bar (limited edition), and honestly, it’s so good it shouldn’t be limited. Please keep making it! It also makes me wonder what other flavours you could come up with.
I haven’t tried all of the product range yet, but I have tried all of the protein bars and really enjoyed them. I also tried the Strawberries & Cream protein shake, which I found a little too sweet for my taste, but it was still okay overall. So far, so good.

Grenade bars taste great
Grenade bars taste great, and they are a superb way to satisfy hunger or flavour cravings, without the bloat from gluten, carbs and the like.
Buying directly from Grenade brings down the cost substantially, and their delivery is spot-on!
I am looking forward to my next bar - at lunchtime!

In my opinion
In my opinion, which is of course subjective, Grenade products are by far the best tasting protein bars on the market. The quality is consistently high, and they’ve proven to be reliable and genuinely effective as both a protein and energy source. Shipping is always fast, and there’s almost always some kind of promotion or deal available, which is a big plus. I can only recommend them.

Dropped product lines
The products were great. However, the company had a great product line with the grenade energy drink. Unfortunately, it looks like they stopped manufacturing it and the supplier in South Africa withdraw the importation of their products completely. You should be rated for consistency, and I rate the lack thereof a 1 star.

The delivery man put my box of grenade bars in my black (general waste bin) on top of dirty cat litter 😳🤮
Please advise delivery drivers not to put food parcels in black bins.
Perhaps put labels on boxes to warn it contains food to prevent this.
Although I informed Grenade i was not offered refund / exchange / compensation.
