I never have received the purchase - Gourmetific took my money, strung me along for nearly a year. A representative would answer my complaint & tell me another was "on the way", never to show up. My name is Karl Hintz, I'm using my Company Email.

Unfortunately there is no provision for zero stars. That's all this company is worth.
Communication is their worst trait, and delivery times well it would probably be quicker for me to walk to their offices in the States and pick up the item. Oh no I can't can I because these pots and pans probably come from China, could even be Temu, where the same or similar item is a fraction of the price.

Order sendt the 29th nov and is still waiting.

Got it 14th december. Color is beautiful so I look forward to use it. Remember to read the manual.

Yeah the color is faling off on the outside bottom part and I made a skrap on the indside.
So this is manly for look and not for use the normal people use.

Diese Pfannensets sind absolut unzumutbar! Von Anfang an hatte ich bemerkt das sie sich langsam erwärmen, sprich- Wasser kocht auf der höchsten Stufe nicht mal nach 20 min im Topf, Pfannen brauchen ewig um irgendwie auf eine Brattemperatur zu kommen und wenn sie es dann endlich erreicht haben verfärbt sich die Beschichtung und das nicht nur innen sondern auch außen.
Ich kann das ganze Set nicht benutzen und habe dafür 179,95€ bezahlt.

I ordered the 11pc set which showed a push button for the handles. When I received the items the handles were those that you had to turn a little handle at the top. It was not exactly what I had ordered and wrote to the company. At first they said that it was the newer design and if I wanted to replace them, I could and they would do their best to assist me. So I said yes I would like the original ones, but the first customer service agent, Sarah, replied back and said that it would cost me more to ship the old ones back and that I would probably be happy with the newer design. Basically she tried to convince me to keep the newer design. In my opinion I don't think I would have had to have shipped them back under my cost. So I rewrote the company and a new agent named Elyssa helped me this time. She was very understanding and sad that I could get the push button handles instead of the other ones and they would ship them shortly and I could just hold on to the other ones, which I'm still not a fan of. So from the first agent asking me if I wanted to replace them so that I was satisfied but yet saying that I had to pay for shipping and the second agent sending them to meet my satisfaction was entirely different. I'm currently still waiting for the handles, but wanted to let your company know that Elyssa was great. She truly knew the meaning of customer satisfaction.

I'll start out by saying I was truly excited about getting this cookware. I went all in too, I got the whole set, the grill pan, the egg pan and Utensil set. It was supposed to work great on glasstop stoves and I've had such trouble finding cookware that will set flat and not scratch the surface, and this fit the bill perfectly. The 1st piece I used was the egg pan to make mini pancakes and eggs for breakfast. The clip on handle actually touches the stovetop and I didn't realize it until it burnt the handle, and it in turn got hot enough to burn a spot on the pan where it clips on. I sent pictures to the company and they said they would replace the handle and pan, but it never came. While dealing with that matter I used the grill pan and the paint came off the bottom of the pan while I was cooking and kinda melted into a goo all over the burner of my glass stovetop! So I sent pictures of that and ask about the 30 day money back guarantee. To which they replied they would not take back any used cookware and that I should only have used their cookware on low to medium heat. There were no instructions stating this! But its irrelevant because I only used it on med-low. My question is What does Try It Risk Free with A 30DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE mean? It's used, once you Try It, Im only a week and a half into having it, I haven't used nor will I use any of the other pieces. This cookware is a nice concept but very very cheaply made and just comes to pieces. I would be afraid of what might be coming off into my food! My advice would be don't buy it!

Update: So after seeing my review, Gourmetific contacted me by email and said they will refund my purchase price but only after I take this review down.
Since they haven't kept their word about anything else I don't believe them. I also think it should work the other way around. Once you've taken care of the issues then the customer would take down any negative experiences. This company does not honor their own policies!

I bought the stainless steel set mainly for durability and it absolutely delivers. It feels sturdy in the best way and the heat distribution is impressive. Handles stay cool during cooking which I appreciate a lot.

Horrible customer service, sending automated messages that do not respond to your emails. They refused to provide me a refund and constantly send the same line 'your satisfaction is our priority' bla bla bla. They do not listen to the customer and are dropshipping from China, which takes a month to arrive. Avoid at all cost.

I was so happy when I first got this set - they came on time and looked great. However that was when the love fest stopped. Almost within a week the fry pan started to discolour on the inside. Shortly thereafter all pans discoloured underneath and black charcoal looking material came off the bottoms when we washed them. They now look TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this set to anyone unless you just wanted pretty pans that are unusable.

Great set of pans, it stacks really nicely in my draw and has an amazing nonstick coating. I would buy it again.

These pans are a game changer for me. I love the detachable handles and the pans practically clean themselves. They are also very stylish looking and don't look like traditional pans. Love the color options as well.

Here in Australia we are a population who love to holiday, and we have a very high percentage of holidaymakers who use Caravans. RVs are popular too but probably 4 times more Caravan users. Your cookware is a hit for many reasons. Effective this year the Police and the Roads Traffic Authority have become very serious about checking Van weights, ensuring they are legal. It is not just the Van weight
that must not be in excess of the legal limit but also they check the weight at the point of connection with the towing vehicle. If they pullover you over they even have portable scales in the boot of their cars. These they set up on the road and you
have to drive the Van up onto them. So, every bit of weight counts, no one wants the big fines. Consequently, not only are your products brilliant to stack and store in Vans, where space is at a premium, but they are so much lighter than traditional cookware so again great for caravans. Two big ticks already, but a third bonus is how easy they are to clean. Water is always a consideration as the tanks in a Van have limited capacity. The cookware seriously clean with a wipe. I thought this had to be an advertising exaggeration, but it is true. Really clean with a wipe. Thank you again Sarah I am very happy.

I ordered the set of 11 items(cooking pots) and delivery was within the period stated. The products are amazing. I missed one of the handles in the delivery box and immediately wrote to them that it was missing. They reply emails almost immediately its unbelievable. They promised to send me "the missing " handle. After double checking the packing box I found the handle and wrote to them immediately. They were glad I found it and guess what, they sent me another one anyway! I notified them immediately as I didnt expect that and they said I should keep it as a gift from them.
Its human behavoir to complain and some do it more than others. This company responds to emails immediately and their products are amazing. I can now cook and store the food in the fridge in the same pot, its owesome!

My wife had been looking at a brand of cookware with removable handles for quite some time. I decided to get her a set but was not impressed with the quality of another brand. I searched for a brand with better qualities. Gourmetific was high on the list of recommendations. She received her set on her birthday and was blown away by the quality of everything from the handles that were overbuilt to ensure they last, to the coating that was perfect on every piece.

When she used them for the first time, immediately, we were even more impressed with the even heating, the way the liquids do not stick, ease of cleaning, and the awesome ability to store in the cookware!

Their customer service is beyond comparison! There was a tiny flaw in one pan, obviously done after quality inspection, and they replaced it immediately.

We will continue to grow her set in the years to come. Thank you so much.

Habe mein Pfannenset seit 2 Monaten in Benutzung. Die Beschichtung und Farbe am Boden löst sich von allen Pfannen ab. Also habe ich den Kundenservice mehrmals angeschrieben. Immer die gleiche automatisierte Antwort: Eine Rückgabe / Reklamation ist nur 30 Tage möglich. Eine gesetzliche Gewährleistung gebe es angeblich nicht.
Betrüger ! Und die Pfannen der letze Dreck. Das gleiche Set gibt es übrigens bei Temu für 50Euro (ich habe 179 Euro gezahlt).

Lovely set of pans delivered that can be used on top of stove, in oven and as storage in fridge to keep leftover food ready for reheating. Wonderful cream colouring. Can be used on gas, electric and induction hobs. Easy to order and delivered in time frame agreed with.

I have had my cookware for about three months now. The first week my frying pan started to discolour and now the inside coating on the frying pan is coming off. I have also noticed that all of the pans are now discoloured underneath and no amount of scrubbing cleans them, these pans look great at first but they are just cheap metal, I would not recommend them.
UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by Gourmetific about my complaint, they were very apologetic about my experience with their cookware and gave me two options, a replacement of cookware or a full refund. I chose a refund as I was not confident that the same problem would not occur with the new set. I must admit they were quick to respond with the complaint and the refund in full was in my account within three days.

I love my new pans but on delivery unfortunately had one of my handles come broken
I contacted the company and had a reply immediately and they are now going to send me a replacement handle

Did not arrive. No communications. Kept sending me fake tracking ID's and telling me it was my problem that they hadn't arrived.
Ordered on 5 Sept: Item has not arrived and no refund despite asking more that 7 times.
Update: I only received a meaningful response following this review after contracting them and getting templated responses for weeks.
Update 6 Nov: I did receive the refund.
