Andy Munro has been brilliant throughout my home-buying journey. He's kind, patient, responsive and always happy to answer my many questions without ever making me feel like a nuisance.

From the moment Colin introduced us by email, Andy has been a huge help, talking me through my options and helping me make informed decisions along the way. Everything has been handled efficiently, which has made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.

With my solicitors chosen and my survey booked, I can honestly say the service to date has been great. It's been reassuring to have someone who's approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping things move forward. I'd happily recommend Andy.

I’m a first time buyer and used GOTO Group for my Level 3 Survey. Chris Regan was very helpful and understanding of my situation. His report was sent over quickly despite being very thorough and picked up on many things I hadn’t considered when viewing the property. He even took the time to talk me through some parts which I had struggled comprehending. Couldn’t recommend him enough and will definitely use him and GOTO in the future.

We recently used Chris Regan from GOTO, for a level 2 survey on a property. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Chris kept us informed throughout the process, completed the survey promptly, and provided a thorough, easy to understand report. It really gave us confidence in our purchase

Outstanding service, his professionalism, attention to detail and friendly approach made the experience stress free. Everything was spot on and had no issues at all.

Great experience. 5 star service

Harry Catlin was super helpful in booking my survey in asap! Really quick and easy. I thought it would take ages and would be complicated but very easy and all done over the phone. Email confirmation received straight away. No hassle! Thank you!

Very pushy on a level 3 survey despite only wanting to order a level 2. When the surveyor came to the property they couldn't understand why we had a level 3 and said the level 2 would have been absolutely fine. The survey itself was thorough and easy to read, however not happy that I felt pressured into something I didnt want and the property didn't require.

I spoke with Libby De Gelas today regarding a Level 3 Building Survey (Structural Survey) that I have booked through GoTo, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service she provided.

From the outset, Libby took the time to explain exactly what the survey would cover, why a Level 3 survey was the right choice for a property of this age and type, and what we could realistically expect from the report. As first-time buyers of an older farmhouse requiring refurbishment, it was extremely reassuring to have somebody explain the process so clearly and patiently.

She also took detailed notes about the particular areas of the property that I wanted the surveyor to pay close attention to, ensuring these were passed on as part of the survey brief. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I asked was answered thoroughly and professionally.

Another pleasant surprise was the price. Based on the research I'd carried out beforehand, I had been expecting a Level 3 survey on a property of this size to cost somewhere between £1,200 and £1,600. GoTo's quotation came in at £1,160, which I thought represented excellent value for money.

Overall, the service has been first class from start to finish. The survey has now been booked, and GoTo are handling all the arrangements directly with the estate agent, making the process very straightforward.

A huge thank you to Libby for her professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. She is a real credit to GoTo, and based on my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both her and the company to anyone looking for a comprehensive building survey.
