GOTO Group Arvostelua

Very pleasant experience dealing with knowledgeable staff who gave clear advice. Sophia was helpful but not pushy and explained everything with great clarity.

Sophia our handler was absolutely superb, very efficient service and everything explained clearly and in a friendly and professional manner

Had a positive experience with the Goto group with big thanks from Joe Steadman. He guided and assisted me to make an informed decision based around knowledge and facts. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Also, he was happy to help get my survey performed in a timely fashion which made me ecstatic.
Overall great experience with the Goto group thanks to Joe!!!!

Your company was recommended by Hunters estate agent
Joe went through the process of a survey on the property I wish to buy
He was polite professional and patient through out each call

As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Lewis Hall from the GoTo group was amazing from start to finish. From the get go, he was polite and professional, answered all my questions and even gave me a follow up call as I had asked to delay the survey for a few weeks. When I finally, decided to go ahead with the survey a few weeks later, Lewis sorted it all out for me the same day. Excellent service!

Joe was fantastic from start to finish, followed up, and explained the process of booking my surveyor. Joe has kept me fully updated, contacting me via telephone and email, and through correspondence, he explained the process from start to finish. So impressed with Joe and his professionalism, so far so good. Thank you

It’s got to be said Ryan was nothing but excellent! He did everything to make me understand why they are so highly regarded. I’d GOTO to them again (sorry I tried so hard to resist) but they are seriously good.

Our estate agent recommended GOTO to us for level 2 home survey. They were quick to respond and Rebecca was very helpful in booking in the survey. She was very efficient and explained the procedures well so I know exactly what to expect.

Joe Davies was super helpful, friendly and efficient. Made the process very easy to deal with. Thank you

Very speedy and helpful responses. Consultants were knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly recommend to others.

They were very quick getting back to me. And very helpful too. I hope this is correct when I say the lady’s name was McCall. She was very efficient and explained things to me very well..

Cameron was very helpful and understanding of our situation, and went the extra mile to help us out. We look forward to receiving GOTO’s advice in the survey report.

Lewis was very helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained the different survey options, answered all of our questions patiently, and made everything easy to understand. The booking and payment process was straightforward, and communication has been prompt and professional.
We're looking forward to the survey and would happily recommend GOTO based on our experience so far.

Quick, efficient, professional, and super friendly! Was very happy with the process from start to finish. Felt they went over and above. Would totally recommend and use again.
