I orders 3 bags and some other items. Everything was going well.
All the items ahve been produced with carefulness. I had a problem with the delivery of one bag but the Customer Care found immediately a solution.
I will buy again in the future for sure

Unresolved Quality Issues – Order Number 2026072233578788.

I am writing to follow up on my recent order and my prior Trustpilot review posted on July 23, 2026. While my initial ordering process and interaction with the support team were positive, my experience after receiving the item has unfortunately been very frustrating.

I finally received the inspired bag, and I am very disappointed with the product's overall quality. I rate the inspired bag a 5/10.

Specifically:

•Persistent Chemical Odor: The bag has a strong chemical smell that remains fully present, even after airing it out in a well-ventilated space for several days.

•Stitching Defects: There are several noticeable imperfections and loose threads along the seams.

When ordering the item, I selected the standard option and not the master option; the craftsmanship definitely falls short of what is depicted in the product photos, website videos, and TikTok content. The smell is intense! What is most disappointing, however, is the lack of communication from the customer service team. After detailing the overall quality of the bag via email and sending messages to both WhatsApp contact numbers provided, I have yet to receive a single response from the customer service team. This is very disappointing.

I don’t even know where to begin. I am so disappointed. After being so skeptical about this website and looking at reviews online TikTok, Insta and the web I took a chance.
I bought a simple Cartier inspired ring to start off as just like many others, I work hard for my money. And I was really looking forward to my little treat to myself.
It took over 6 weeks, before my items was then redirected back to china. Apparently due to “incorrect address”. It wasn’t. I triple checked it was the correct address. Even the video they uploaded of my item before shipping it had the correct address on it. When I them emailed them to ask for a full refund back to my original payment or store credit if that wasn’t possible I got an automated email back saying they would respond within 24 hrs. Over 24 hrs later I emailed again. It’s now been four days and I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve received no item and lost my money. So so so disappointed.

First time purchase, delivery was a little long, but they tell you that upfront, little spoiled by Amazon deliveries, but this was worth the wait, beautiful bag, I love it!!

I ordered a bag from this website 10 days ago. Still haven’t heard anything from them regarding shipping. I sent them messages via emails, as well as WhatsApp and website chat, NO ONE responded. I am very disappointed and wondering if this is a scam website? I will contact my bank to do a charge back if they still don’t answer me in a few days.

To the person responding to issues/complaints:
As you are already aware, the "Correct Black Bag" as you stated received on Aug 4th 2026, was once again INCORRECT and I received an email stating so. I can post that email with the explanation from your company stating what issue was if you like. Yes, indeed you did send three INCORRECT bags to address the ORIGINAL mistake from July 5th 2026. To state that you ALLOWED ME TO KEEP THEM is absolutely mind-blowing especially when I notified you BEFORE you sent all three of them out that they were incorrect after reviewing the videos. YOU sent me an email stating to wait until the items were received before notifying you of any issues. Once again, I can post those emails if you like.

Clearly there seems to be a problem with you reviewing and addressing my individual concerns on this website because stated in my INITIAL post, the reason why we are here today is because you blocked my email address after notifying you that the first shipment was incorrect. Only, after posting on this website did you reach out to me with a new email thread to address my concerns and I can post timelines/emails if you like. So yes, I was ignored until then.

Unfortunately, I still have not received the 2 outstanding items that I have purchased.

They are the absolute best!!! From the quality to their customer service!! I've ordered 4 times from them and am obsessed with everything I've ordered. There has been some issues on shipping, only after they sent it on its way and they have made it 100% right. Absolutely recommend!!!!!!!!

I haven’t received my order yet, but the customer service has been outstanding! I was having trouble getting my order to go through, and their team was incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions, helped me complete my purchase, and responded quickly every time I reached out. Based on my experience with their customer service, I’ll definitely be making more purchases from them in the future!

Gorchic scammed me! I placed an order for 147.99. I got a “payment failed” message that popped up on my screen, but the money was taken out of my account. When I tried to look up my order is says I don’t have one!! I have emailed and tried to get in contact with them and I haven’t heard anything from them. Very disappointing and upset.

Good products, friendly customer service, and responsive to emails. Ordered an item and I was concerned about how it would be shipped but was assured it would be shipped properly and it was. Flawless bag! Love everything I've gotten from them!

My experience has been on of the best ones I’ve ever had. I accidentally selected the wrong item and notified them immediately. They went above and beyond to get me the right item. Totally worth the shopping experience and can’t wait to get my new purse.

After leaving a 1 star review due to no contact the company contacted me and are sending a new replacement bag for the one that I was damaged and a new strap for the Gucci bag that didn’t work. I removed my 1 star review and now can give a positive review. 4 stars due to length of time receiving an answer. I received another bag today from a different order and it is gorgeous. I highly recommend going with Top Quality bag choices.
