We take any allegation involving payment security extremely seriously.

Since the virtual card payments were declined and no order was successfully completed, we’re currently unable to locate an order or completed transaction associated with this review. We would also like to clarify that our customer service team does not have access to customers’ complete card details. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors.

We would like to clarify that all of our products undergo multiple quality-control inspections before shipment. Temporary creasing may occur during international transportation, especially with softer bag styles, and it often improves after the bag is opened, shaped, and used for a short period.

Our return and refund policy does not cover requests based solely on personal preference or a subjective assessment of the item’s value. If there is a genuine manufacturing or quality issue, we need clear photos showing the crease, stitching, material, package label, and the overall condition of the received item before confirming the appropriate after-sales solution. At present, we have not received detailed photos that allow our quality-control team to verify the concerns described.
