I just recently purchased a pair of Gucci pumps and a LV bag from Gorchic. The shoes and bag are both beautiful and of great amazing top of the line quality. This isn't my first time purchasing from them but every time I do purchase from them it's always a great experience. The orders always come in a timely manner with constant updates and tracking information . By far the best place to order your bags! Gorchic is the only place that has an amazing website to order from. Every single item in there store has many pictures to look at so you know exactly what your getting! I also love how they communicate! They have support on the website directly as well as direct support through email! They respond in a timely manner and resolve any issue (if you have one at all) direct! They send videos and photos of the product you will receive as well as constant updates about your package all the way up to being delivered! I’m already on my 3rd shipment and will never use another live stream to purchase my bags ever again! Gorchic is the number one place to order inspired bags!!

I have ordered items from Gorchic several times. The quality is always good. The shipping hasn’t taken forever when I’ve ordered, and I can always find order updates. They even send you a little video of your items showing that they’re in good shape before they ship out.

I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from Gorchic! High quality items which I know because I ordered 3 bags and 3 pairs of shoes. everything arrived quickly and carefully wrapped. I did have an issue with one of my products, but Gorchic was so professional and quick to swoop in with a solution. Great items and even better customer service! I highlyyyyyy recommend.

Appalling service. After reporting my leather bag was not leather they told me it is untrue. You can quite clearly see and test it is PU. They were very good at emailing back and forth before I provided images of said issue and now I have been ghosted. No responses to multiple emails and over £100 down. In addition the video they show of the bag for the inspection looks different to the one i received so they probably record the real thing then hold your address over the top. You dont actually see them pack the bag. Buyer beware it's a big scam

After reading all the great reviews, I placed my order. I had problems with my card going through and reach out to customer service. They provided a link to accommodate me and I was able to place the order. The response time in between emails was awesome. Im patiently waiting for my bags.. I’m looking at more bags to order…

You will not be disappointed in the quality of the bags from this seller. I also received a wallet and the zippers are superior. Great communication if you need assistance as well.

I was very skeptical about ordering from Gorchic. After reading a lot of reviews and doing some research I decided to go for it. I ordered an LV Damier Azure Speedy. It is GORGEOUS!!! I was shocked at the quality when I received my bag. Receiving the bag took a little longer than expected. I placed my order on July 15th and received it on August 9th. But their CS answered all of my questions along the way.
I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because I also ordered a Vivienne Denim charm that was left out of my package. I have contacted them through email and What's App and have yet to get a resolution for my missing item. They were quick to respond to email prior to my purchase shipping, so I thought I would have a resolution by now. I'm hopeful they will respond two.
Edit: They have offered to send me a Vivienne Denim Charm for the one that was not received.
I received my 2nd order. It arrived in a little over two weeks. This time I ordered two LV pouches and a pair of Ray ban sunglasses. All items are as expected. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases. I will continue shopping here for rep handbags.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Continued lies about refund. They keep commenting stating they have refunded me and sent me proof. This is a lie. I wish I could post the pic of their “proof”. It is a one line that says refund “processing” not completed. 2 months and at least 50 emails back and forth with so many lies and contradictions. They take your money and you will not get your order. Promise refund but never get that either. I have been dealing with them for over 2 months now.

I have ordered several things and had a hiccup or two. Everything has worked beautifully! The customer service is responsive and very helpful! The products are wonderful!!
