I absolutely LOVE my Gorchic bag!

I absolutely LOVE my Gorchic bag! I ordered 2 bags and a duffle bag and they are stylish and practical. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. It's the perfect combination of beauty, functionality, and durability. I've received so many compliments on them and would definitely recommend Gorchic bags to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish bag! Extremely impressed with the customer service. The communication was excellent from start to finish, they were so kind, responsive, and helpful. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind it's products and takes care of it's customers. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service 5 star

My initial purse came in and the inside pouch strap was unglued. I still loved the purse but wanted a refund. Customer service kindly and rapidly emailed me back a full refund total for store Credit so I could get any purse of choice for the same amount. They have been very responsive and helpful! Will still order again

Says it would come in a box and it definitely didn’t. Much smaller than it says online too. Quality is okish

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the quality to be reasonably good, and we’re sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding the packaging and that the size did not meet your expectations.

We’d like to clarify that our box packaging is an optional paid upgrade, rather than standard packaging included with every order. This is clearly stated on both the product detail page and checkout page before payment. Our social media support team and the influencers featured in our content have also explained that the box packaging needs to be purchased separately.

For orders without the box upgrade, we use protective plastic packaging together with cushioning bubble wrap to protect the bag during transportation. The bag itself does not require a box to be safely shipped.

Regarding the size, the measurements shown on our website refer to the actual product dimensions. We understand that a bag can sometimes feel smaller than expected when received in person. However, if you believe the actual measurements of the bag differ from those listed on our website, please contact us with a photo showing the measurements, and we’ll be happy to verify this for you.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you found the overall quality acceptable. We’ll continue working to make our product information and packaging options as clear as possible.

Save your money and do not purchase from Gorchic

My order 2026061333594746 days as an order of three pair shoes and a backpack purse for a total of $380.68. One pair LV tennis shoes were too small I ordered size US 7 because seen where they supposedly ran large. The second pair of Gucci flats came in and are but can manage hoping the stretch. The LV backpack purse came in and was ok. The final pair of LV tennis shoes never shipped and when I inquired they informed me they were not available and I needed to pick a replacement I chose a Gucci tennis shoe in a size 8 due to the LV size 7 tennis shoes were too small and when the Gucci ones came in they are too small as well. Very expensive lesson on dealing with company that had supposedly decent reviews. You have to wonder how many reviews they did or deleted negative reviews.
The shoes are NOT true to size and it is not that I am preference of how I prefer my shoes to fit. When I ordered a size US 8 and my toes are jammed in the toe of the shoe that is not a preference of how they fit is is the size is NOT correct.

We’re sorry that the fit of the shoes did not meet your expectations.

We reviewed your feedback regarding order 2026061333594746. We understand that the first LV sneakers in US size 7 felt too small, and when the other LV style became unavailable, you selected a Gucci replacement in US size 8, which unfortunately also felt too small.

Please note that sizing and fit can vary between different shoe styles and designs, even when the labeled US size is similar. The shoes are prepared according to the size selected for the order or replacement, but the actual fit may feel different depending on the shape and construction of each style.

If you believe the size sent does not match the size you selected, please send us clear photos of the size label and, if possible, the insole measurement. We will verify it immediately. If our warehouse sent the wrong size, we will provide the appropriate after-sales solution at no additional cost.

However, if the size label matches the size selected and the concern is that the shoes simply fit tighter than expected, this would be considered a sizing/fit preference rather than a manufacturing defect.

We’re sorry that this experience has left you disappointed. We take both positive and negative customer feedback seriously and appreciate you sharing the details of your experience.

Amazing Customer Service

The bag that I originally ordered was out of stock. Gorchic walked me through choosing a new bag and they responded promptly to each of my emails. I have now received my bag and it is lovely!
