Excellent customer service. Always very responsive and immediate. Can’t say anything but good things about my experience.

Gorchic delivered my package exactly as described, in perfect condition, and they met all my expectations. They have WONDERFUL service. Gorchic is super cooperative and has outstanding communication, providing fast replies and stress free problem solving. When I forgot to add delivery details, they solved it right away with absolutely ZERO issues. The bag also came in perfect condition. It is beautiful & it’s exactly as advertised in the image/ description. Would definitely recommend Gorchic to people searching for affordable good quality dupes. I don’t even have to think twice about buying from Gorchic, I will 100% be purchasing from here again. Amazing customer service.

I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase, the service rep was very understanding and sent me an opportunity to keep first bag and replace with item of equal value which I did. I cannot express how happy I was with the replacement,, its a FENDI fendigraphy,,absolutely real leather and guitar strap..makes me smile every time I look at it.

This is the second time that I have ordered from Gorchic (3 items in total). I am very satisfied with my purchases, the quality is superb, and their customer service is top tier. They are very responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

I was a little nervous about placing my order in the beginning, but after reading plenty of reviews, I placed my order. I was very pleasantly pleased and impressed with my order. The communication was good. I received my order quickly. The quality of the handbags that I received is great. I was so pleased and impressed with my order that I placed another order.

Great customer service and great quality products

This site seems legit although all Instagram influencer advertising is falsely the package does not come with any boxes at all they only wrapped up with plastic bag very poor packaging as Temu don't think your packaging will arrive with orginal boxes or ourter protection box. They sell some items with upgraded quality well you get what you pay for don't trust advertising from the Instagram.

I had a great experience shopping with this company ! I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received—they were well made and definitely met my expectations. I would absolutely shop with Vorshee again and would recommend them to others!

I ordered 2 bags from them and 1 bracelet from them I received them on time. I wanted to exchange one of them due to some issues and they were able to do it for me. I will recommend this company.

Gorchic has been communicative about purchase. Cant wait to see my bags!
Hope they are top quality as described !

Gorchic is amazing has great deals and great quality bags.

I just ordered my first order with Gorchic and it was super easy. The customer service was great! They made it very easy and straightforward on how to order through their secure system. They responded quickly and I’m so excited to receive my order!

They are truly amazing! I have ordered several items and they are excellent quality and their customer service is top notch

I absolutely love ordering my bags from Gorchic! Beautiful quality bags. Great customer service. This is my go-to place for luxury look alike bags! Will definitely be ordering again!

I’m so disappointed in the company. Obviously these are fake designer bags.Tbey say that have great reviews but their return policy is not good at all. The bag I received looked very cheap and it was small so I wanted to return it. You can’t. That’s not a good reason for you to return it. If it’s damaged in shipping, you can’t return it. The
“Designer” box fell apart when I took it out of the package. Even though they are copies of real brands, my bag looked very cheap for the price. I will not buy anything from them again.

I loved my bag from gorchic! It's beautiful quality. And their customer service is so helpful
