Customer service was great!! I apparently forgot my apartment number on my order right away and got in touch with customer service and they were on it!!!

This is my 5th or 6th order from Gorchic and every item surpassed my expectations each time. The products are very high quality and the customer service is fast, pleasant and very accommodating! I highly recommend ordering with confidence, knowing you’ll get a great product and a quality experience.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to report: I received a bracelet that was far too small, and even after sending three very polite emails, Gorchic isn't replying at all—let alone sending me the right bracelet... NOT GOOD – STAY AWAY... a real shame.
I expect no answer….

Now I’m very curious to see—after emailing my order number to Gorchic again—whether I’ll receive a correct delivery this time!

To follow up: Dear Gorchic team, it would be great if you actually *followed through* on your offers (now numbering three!!!) to send me the bracelet in the right size!!! I would then comply with your request immediately.

I tried sending email as well as using the chat feature in their website and sending message to Wattsapp but they never answer. I'd like to return the pieces that I ordered. Where or who should I contact to? They only have 14 days window to return but they never answers any inquries.

I received my order within 7days, which I didn't expect at all, considering that they personally do quality checks b4 shipping

I only sent an email to check when to expect the order, and was advised that my order had already been delivered. Communication is excellent and very personal

The items were as pictured. I received a video of items before they were sent out. Customer service was awesome when tracking the package. Great response time. Items came in about 12 days

I have bought a few things here. Quality is always great, shipping is to be as expected (it’s going to take some time, but always comes). Their communication and email response times are fantastic. There is also an ability to use WhatsApp for instant text messaging.

I recently purchased a bag from Gorchic and was very pleased with quality and look. However I lost an important accessory for the bag and was completely gutted about it. Upon explaining the loss to online customer service, they responded quickly and was totally understanding of my situation. They explained that they do not usually replace lost accessories but will make an exception for me free of charge!

I'm very happy with the outcome and will totally purchase from them again because of the exceptional customer service! Bravo Gorchic, you have earned a repeat customer!
