GO Outdoors - Chichester (Express) Arvostelua 

I visited GO Outdoors in Chichester today to purchase a pair of waterproof walking boots. The young man who served me was extremely professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product, courteous and respectful. It made the experience very enjoyable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company and branch for their excellent customer service. Many thanks.

My friend and I visited GoOutdoirs for the first time. We were greeted at the door which was opened for us by Mason. He showed us to the area we were interested in and could not have been more helpful. He was polite, professional and went out of his way to find what zi was looking for. It was an excellent experience. We will be returning on our next visit to Chichester. Only drawback was the ladies dept. was upstairs so we were not able to see other products as I am a wheelchair user. However, I am sure Mason would have brought down anything we wanted to see.

I rang Chichester store this morning as I realised that I had been given the wrong size shoes when I purchased them in the previous few weeks. The manager was really helpful and checked stock and confirmed I could exchange them for the correct size. On visiting the store today the staff assistant who initially served me appeared disinterested. He contacted the manager to came and help me with my query. During the resolution of my query the initial staff assistant was asked to get the replacement boots. He returned with shoes meaning the manager had to go and get the boots. The sales assistant assumed a position of leaning on the display totally unengaged with myself and another customer. When I informed him it had been boots and not shoes I wanted he couldn’t care less. He responded I did what I was asked. The manager resolved my issue and I left the store. On leaving my wife stated it was the same staff member who had sold me the boot originally and had given me the wrong size pair of the two sizes I was trying.

Brilliant service ...all staff were on the ball. Definitely quality products so I'm very happy around.

I needed to replace my walking boots and want some advice on lightweight shoes. I got some excellent advice and support from the team including their own experiences.
Bought a pair of Solomon’s, not the cheapest but I live in these things, especially in winter.

I had great advice and help from Mason and Tim today buying a waterproof jacket. I then went to 2 other shops which were no help at all and came back. Mason explained in great detail looking after the jacket i was wearing and the jacket i was buying. I walk a lot and it was important i got the right one. I would strongly recommend buying products from Go Outdoors and i shall very highly recommend them.

I looking to replace my old walking boots, I was acknowledged as I walked in but not pestered left to look which I was happy with, I asked Annabel for my size boots in the ones I originally choose, but not quite right, I think I tried on 6 pairs before making my choice, Annabel was patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the boots also recommended new insoles as I found the originals a bit flat. The in store range was good, but the service I received was excellent, thank you Annabel.
