Good Energy! Yes, they are Good!
I joined good energy whilst looking for a supplier specialising in renewable electricity as we are unable to install solar panels presently. I was also seeking to lock in a fixed tariff before the energy cap rose in July 2026. Of all the energy suppliers Good Energy were noted as top for matching their customer's energy use renewable electricity. Their customer service and communication has been exemplary since joining; both fulfilling various administrative requests, and quickly resolving an issue with my old gas meter. Their app and website are also well thought out, readings easily available, and energy use insights/record of energy use over days/weeks (etc) helpful. Information in the energy bills is also laid out nicely so quick to read at a glance. It is also nice that both gas and electricity come under a single account, and single bill – a small detail that makes a big difference in administration (many other suppliers I've experienced don't make it that simple!). Did I also say that the fixed tariff was also on the better end of the value scale? The name Good Energy is well deserved!

Angelica an excellent guide
I got an answer to my phone call quickly without having to put up with delays or robot speaking experts! Angelica took me through the key steps to getting me back on track with my new FIT Meter. It meant a lot to me to have a patient guide as I am not good with technology. She was the perfect support for me and what was so important was that she got my problem resolved while on hold so it was sorted with one call. Unfortunately this is a rare experience with so many companies these days. To get a real person who was helpful made my day!!!
