No hard sales pressure
I went with my friend to view a Vauxhall combo life. Shaqeel was very pleasant and most helpful. There was never no sales pressure. He left is too it to look at the car and allowed us a test drive on our own. Which has never happened before! I have always been accompanied. I did end up buying the car and so far very pleased with it. I would recommend the company if you are interested in buying a new car

Do not buy from this garage avoid and take your time in looking elsewhere.
I purchased a Tesla model X LF18TKD which is now back up for sale do not buy this car.
Arrived with passenger window not working
Rear camera broken
Dead 12v battery
Faulty on board charger
Severely scratched windscreen that's needs to be replaced

Tried to get the on board charger repaired through Tesla.
The garage said they won't pay for anything above 10% value of the car .
Then said they would pay.
Then said they need approval higher up and the guy was out the country .
Then told me to pay and they would reimburse me but couldn't even pay me £213 for a 12v battery that had to be replaced so I didn't trust them .
Took out a 3rd party Warrenty and wanted me to lie about when the fault occured so they could make a claim to try repair I wasn't comfortable with this and refused .
I told the finance company what they were playing at they then lied to them . So I sent over evidence showing what they were trying to do.
Paid nearly 8k deposit and threatened to try and claim wear and tear on viechle when funny enough they get the car back and like magic damage appears on the car .
Luckily I did detailed video and photos of interior and exterior of the car and the collection agency who took the car back also did a vehicle report showing condition and that what they were trying to claim for did not come from me.
Just a very bad garage please avoid and spend your money else where look at other reviews I'm not the only one.

To begin, the vehicle was purchased by a mother on behalf of her daughter and son-in-law. Good Motors has been working directly with all parties involved to resolve any concerns. However, it’s not always easy to get three people to agree on a resolution, and this made the process more challenging from the start.
Regarding the passenger window switch and rear camera, we promptly sent out the necessary parts for fitting, which the son-in-law handled. He was genuinely understanding and cooperative throughout the process. However, we believe he was under pressure from the mother-in-law and partner, which complicated the situation. We ensured the resolution of these initial issues as quickly as possible. Additionally, no mention of a damaged windscreen was made upon delivery, and we provided detailed photos of the vehicle prior to delivery, which did not indicate any such damage.
With regard to the 12V battery, it’s important to note that this is considered a consumable item and is not covered under our warranty. We understand the frustration that can arise from this, but it’s standard industry practice for such items to be excluded from coverage.
For the on-board charger, we did everything possible to support the repair process. After conducting further diagnostics and confirming the issue with Tesla, we were able to authorize a repair for the charger, which was a significant cost of nearly £3,000 at your local Tesla center. The son-in-law arranged and agreed to the booking for this repair. However, a day before the booking, we were unexpectedly asked to provide our company bank details so that we could be added to Tesla's app. This is not a standard procedure and something no business would typically allow. The usual process would have been for us to contact Tesla after the repair was complete and settle the payment directly with them.
At that point, the daughter and son-in-law decided to cancel the repair, and all allegations made were refuted. They even apologized to us for the confusion. We acknowledge that the finance unwind process took longer than anticipated, and while we regret any delays, we were working within the necessary protocols.
Upon the return of the vehicle, we noticed clear signs of excessive wear and tear. As per standard procedure, we are entitled to be compensated for any damage beyond fair wear and tear, which we believe is the case here.
