I swapped my ford focus for a lovely vauxhall corsa at this dealership. Overall staff are very helpful and they have great selection of used cars.

I must say my visit and new car purchase with this dealership was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful vehicle I purchased was as described.

Recently collected my new van very happy with service and my new van overall highly recommended.

Bought a Vw scirocco and the car was exactly how it was described and the experience was good and easy. So would definitely recommend

Stupidly bought a car from here, before the payment had even gone through Dylan had already gone off with my log book for my trade in vehicle and the new car filled them all out and came back.. then within 24 hours the same as many other reviews on here, the problems crept in, engine warning lights, rattling from engine ect.. took it to a bmw specialist which advised me on the issues the car had... on the day of returning the car to them for the "repairs" to be carried out. I had a engine oil level below minimum warning pop up. Told them on the day about this.

3 days later, my car is fixed and needs test driving.. another 5 days later my car is ready to be collected, no paper work from their "trusted garage" of the repairs carried out. Just a email stating what had been done...bearing in mind it was a EGT sensor fault.. their fix was clear codes and re calibrate sensor... I rang bmw systner and they said they have never heard of this "repair before" anyway pick the car up ( bearing in mind Richard hunter aka johnathon) never seems to be there, just the car cleaner and the young lad Dylan... anyway..5 days later...engine oil level below minimum, car had done 330 miles half of that was their test drive.. checked dipstick, not a drop of oil on it.. also during this time checked the advert states Full service history, cars only had 1 full service in its life, missing some and most of them was oil only!

Gave them two options I take it bmw systner for full diagnosis and repair and they pay for it

Or full refund and I'm well within my 30 days..
Funny enough every time I ring them or email them ZERO answer or reply..

Rang citzens advice today been advised what to email/write to them. They have 7 days to refund me before its took to court.. as I'm writing this I'm still yet to here so will keep update the outcome.

As many others have said say clear from johnathon R hunter... clearly selling faulty cars and ignoring customer after he gets his payment. How this man is still allowed so have a business is beyond me..

So if you see a blue bmw x1 20d 66 plate back up for sale, be carefull as this vehicle has major issues.. consuming over 1ltr of oil in 330 miles!

My experience with this dealership has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve had buying a car.

The vehicle I purchased was faulty from the start. After giving the dealership the opportunity to repair it, I travelled approximately 400 km to collect it after i was toldit was ready for collection only to find the same faults were still present. I was then given a replacement vehicle, which also developed faults within less than 5 km. I was sent to another location for another replacement, but the same transmission fault reappeared after less than 3 km.
Each time I was given a different vehicle, I had to arrange new insurance, pay road tax, and pay insurance administration fees, resulting in significant additional costs.

The final straw was the courtesy car. I was told everything was in order and that it was fine to drive. However, I later discovered it did not have valid insurance or road tax. I had already driven the vehicle believing it was legally compliant. I also found that its MOT was due to expire shortly, leaving me unable to use it for work or return it without concerns about driving a vehicle that was not road legal.

The dealership then demanded that I return the courtesy car, even though I believed it did not have valid insurance, road tax or an MOT. When I refused to drive what I believed was a vehicle that was not legally compliant, they started threatening to report it as stolen. I found this intimidating and completely unacceptable, especially as I had repeatedly asked them to arrange collection instead.

What made the whole experience even worse was the level of customer service. In my experience, the staff were very unprofessional. It was extremely difficult to speak to anyone because they always seemed to be on phone calls, and I constantly had to chase them for updates and attention.
When one of the mechanics identified a problem with the vehicle, they did not explain what the fault was to me. Instead, they started speaking among themselves in their own language, leaving me completely in the dark about the condition of the car.

The so-called manager repeatedly pressured me to accept a vehicle that was displaying a transmission fault warning, insisting that “it’s your car.” Even after I exercised my right to reject the vehicle, he continued trying to force me to accept it. At one stage, he even said he would leave the car outside my house and post the keys through my letterbox despite me making it clear that I did not want to accept it.
Throughout the process, I found myself constantly chasing the dealership for written confirmation of insurance, road tax, and MOT arrangements instead of these being provided before any vehicle was handed over.

At the time of writing, my complaint still has not been resolved

Great place to buy car. They have huge selection of car.
I was searching to buy 1 ltr audi A3 in white which facelift model under my budget last 6 months.
I found the car and come and take it in 10 min . Happy a lot with my purchase and car is brilliant

Sold a car with 1 month MOT yet paperwork said 9 months. Fraud.
Sold a car with no valid service check in the last year, especially since it had another owner since the previous service.
Sold a car as 3 owners, actually had 5.
Gained 4,000 miles while sitting on their lot over 11 months.
Sold a car without a working oil light notification. Sold a car with almost no oil in.
Happy to ignore all communication.
Dangerous company. Would avoid. Have had to go to police, trading standards and financial ombudsman.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

What should have been an exciting experience buying a 2019 Mercedes A-Class quickly turned into an ongoing nightmare. Within days of collecting the car, coolant warning lights started appearing repeatedly. I returned the vehicle to the dealership for repair and they kept it for around three weeks, only to return it with the exact same fault still present.

Communication throughout was extremely poor. I constantly had to chase updates myself, was given inconsistent explanations, and staff were rude and dismissive whenever I tried to get answers. At no point did I feel like they genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly.

After losing confidence completely, I had the car independently inspected by a mechanic who identified multiple concerning issues including loose components, poor workmanship, non-OEM sealant on engine parts, coolant system problems, electrical faults, and signs that previous repair work may not have been carried out to a proper standard.

For a relatively modern vehicle sold by a dealership, the condition of the car and the way this situation has been handled has been completely unacceptable.

Please do your research carefully before buying from this dealership as seems this is a reoccurrence and after the worst couple months the stress from the situation has physically made me unwell.

Trading standards have been informed.

Recently purchased a van from these and issues within a week, van now returned via finance company and there refusing to refund, debt collection now involved please buy elsewhere

I would not recommend Affordable Car Centre based on my experience.

After buying a car from them, it broke down twice on the motorway with the engine management light coming on. Both times, the vehicle had to be recovered, causing a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

The clutch has also failed, and I've experienced problems with the brakes. The total cost of repairs has now exceeded £4,000.

What has been most disappointing is that, despite these serious issues occurring after only around 500 miles of driving, the dealer has claimed they are simply "wear and tear" and has refused to take responsibility.

I expected a car to be safe, reliable, and roadworthy when I bought it. Instead, I've been left with expensive repair bills and a very frustrating experience. I would encourage anyone considering buying from Affordable Car Centre to do their research before making a purchase.

They have multiple fake reviews on there google page putting them at 4 starts if i did my due diligence and check trust piolt this would have shown there true colours as they are at 2.2 start

Please do not buy any cars from this place the owner is a con man

upon purchasing a car for my daughter we immediately had problems with the vehicle, the engine light came on the day after purchase, we took the car back 3 times to have this fixed ..to no avail
the air con doesn't work - so we aske for this to be rectified, again we were promised this was fixed & still doesn't work, when called to discuss we were told this is a serviceable item and just because the advert says air con it doesn't mean it works ..... avoid ..avoid ....avoid

Very happy with my first car purchased through this dealership

Avoid this dealership they are mis selling, Don't buy a corolla WF74FKV it is a ex taxi which was confirmed on a HPI report and also by the council it was licensed by but this garage said I am mistaken and once I sent a screenshot of the email from the council they stopped replying.

I'm glad I looked at these reviews was going to purchase a car but I think not I bet the good reviews are people who know the owner

Do NOT give this COWBOY a PENNY! Deposit was paid for car in good faith, car history was a lie, I therefore requested a refund due to “Breach of Contract” fobbed off & refund NEVER received!
