Une marque qui fournit du matériel de qualité à prix corrects. Le SAV est réactif et se plie en quatre pour que tout de passe bien pour le client et cerise sur le gâteau : ils sont vraiment cools !
J'ai hésité à acheter mon SUP chez eux car son prix était vraiment bas comparé à d'autres marques du marché mais je ne regrette vraiment pas : la planche est sans fioritures mais la qualité est bien au rendez-vous !

Voilà la deuxième fois que je fais appel au SAV de Gong et une fois de plus je suis très satisfait et impressionné par leur réactivité et leur professionnalisme.
De plus, avec du matos qui arrive à du très bon niveau de qualité et de performance, ainsi qu'une équipe facilement accessible pour toute demande, on peut y aller en toute confiance.

I contacted Gong by email asking for advice on the purchase of a board that I wanted to purchase. I was immediately given the advice via email. What stood out to me was that they were not trying to sell but to give me the appropriate information. The order followed through their platform after I first asked for instructions again that were given to me and they were accurate. Despite the problems that were recorded in the delivery of the package (it was not their responsibility) I could see their genuine interest in solving the problems. The quality of the product that I purchased is very good but this is known in the kiteboarding community

J’ai acheté un pack Hipe Perf de wing foil et tout s’est très bien passé. J’ai eu quelques soucis avec l’expédition, mais Blandine et le reste de l’équipe ont été top du début à la fin. Toujours réactifs, disponibles et vraiment à l’écoute pour trouver une solution rapidement.

Franchement, ça fait la différence. Je rachèterai chez Gong sans hésiter, surtout pour la qualité de leur service client.

Excellent after sale support.
I order a Pack Surf Foil Evo for beginners, but the the assembly between the wing foil and the fuselage had a small misalignment problem. The response to my problem was immediately and the solution was excellent, offering me a new working set.

Excellent after sale support. I order a set of fins, but the size and the template was different. The response to my email was immediately and the solution to my problem was excellent. They sent me a new set of fins for free.

I fogot to add the 10% discount code at the order. They couldnt help me when i asked to correct it. I sent an email and got the reply its not possible.

I thought sending stuff back and reorder it again is not efficient (not for me, for them or the planet)

The 2nd email was really good, they understood and gave me a personalized discountcode for my next purchase!
