Finally convinced to insure…

I Have been considering insurance for a while so I Reacted to an ad on social media, the friendly well spoken person who came on line was just what I needed to commit to taking out a policy, she was perhaps the most professional pleasant online person I have spoken to, her name is Soraya, she is a credit to the company

Patience, good humour with an absolute definitive answer to a myriad of questions from our side. Honesty to gladly go away and find answers for questions he was not sure of illustrates good training and gives confidence you are being listened to.

Very positive experience signing up over the phone

I made an enquiry through a facebook link. I was contacted by and spoke to Emily, who was pleasant, polite, informative and absolutely thorough while taking me through the ins and outs of the policy I was enquiring about. I appreciated her consistent checking that I understood every part of the process and all of the information she was giving me, as well as confirming my agreement at every step. Thanks Emily, much appreciated and very happy with the service you have provided today.
