Amazing personnel l

Kyrillos was the person I spoke with and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything I needed to know plainly and thoroughly. He was very understanding of my circumstances and very empathetic.

Excellent communication

I answered an ad late at night

I answered an ad late at night, but thankfully they rang at a decent time the next day. (10.30 am ish.) The young man was lovely. Read everything at a good pace, he was clear and was happy when we sorted something I wanted to know. Waited patiently while I got information. Double checked everything to make sure boxes were ticked and I hope this review gets him some monetary gain. Lol. He deserves it!

Finally convinced to insure…

I Have been considering insurance for a while so I Reacted to an ad on social media, the friendly well spoken person who came on line was just what I needed to commit to taking out a policy, she was perhaps the most professional pleasant online person I have spoken to, her name is Soraya, she is a credit to the company

Patience, good humour with an absolute definitive answer to a myriad of questions from our side. Honesty to gladly go away and find answers for questions he was not sure of illustrates good training and gives confidence you are being listened to.
