First time insuring myself Was a perfect outcome at the end and so efficient too plus another questioneer if I was satisfied with explanations So much information transferred I asked few questions as I wasnt sure of the specific handling of my new format I listened moremore than ask questions

Jacob - Asset to the company

Jacob was awesome to deal with! Professional and listened. Stopped during the call; to ask if I understood or had any questions. I'm all set up to go! Peace of mind now! I will be recommending people to get in touch with Jacob should they consider life insurance! :)

My contact staff member was Ryan

My contact staff member was Ryan. His explanation of what was involved was clear and easy to understand. His customer service was first-class, and he asked me to let him know if I didn't understand anything. I greatly appreciated Ryan's excellent service to his customers

⭐ Anne. G is a Superstar! ⭐

Kia ora! Today Anne. G was articulate, patient, easy to talk to, and had a little laugh with me, adding the human factor to the call.
Anne's mannerisms were an absolute delight. She had a calm manner and ensured that all spelling, personal details, address, email, and contact number were clear and correct.
When she read the terms and conditions again, Anne was very clear, which I found comforting.
I have recently worked for a courier company in the call centre, so I understand the difference between a good rep and a rep that still needs some encouragement and improvement. Another colleague and I trained most of our team in North Harbour, and I believe Anne brought the energy that benefited the team overall.
If I were Anne's manager, I would highly consider talking to her about being a trainer for calls, a main support person who understands empathy, transparency and honesty.
