Going back to Razer's reply to my first review, they said to email them at whatever email address they told me. They said they were going to resolve my issue in 24-48 hours(note that I waited 2 weeks before they said this). I recently contacted Razer Gold support, AGAIN. And now they are telling me I have to wait ANOTHER week.

This company is fraudulent. I bought 6 Razer Gold cards from different stores, and each of the 6 cards had only 9-11 digits in the PIN instead of the required 14! Razer's tech support told me that the PIN codes had been used and that I need to contact the police, and then send them the police report and purchase receipt. I would believe this nonsense if it were just 1 card. But there are 6! And all from different stores! The store told me they cannot refund the money because I need to contact Razer myself. I lost $3000.

I purchased a Razer Gold gift card at a local store. 5 days ago. The card was a used card & pin would not work. Returned to store & store said they had to get approval from Razer Gold to refund or replace. However, store could not get Razer Gold to answer their phones. Store did say they have had a lot of problems with Razer Gold cards being defective & I should buy another card. Then I had to return home to wait. I called Razer Gold myself & filed a complaint online. I have heard nothing from Razer Gold. Meanwhile 5 days later the store has not heard from Razer Gold. What company requires a store to ask corporate if they can refund. The cards are worthless, customer service is the worst I've seen & do NOT buy Razer Gold or you will hsve multiple problems.

On May 28, 2024at a GameStop retailer .. I purchased a $100 Razer gold card.. when I arrived home to utilize it.. the card was used.. the scratch off wasn't even tampered with? and yet it was used.. they didn't refund me.. I had to lose $100.. and google also did the same to me for $300? Some years back.. I have their corporate address and google too... they said they don't refund customers who purchase from third party retailers .. they have contracts with these businesses.. but they keep your money.. and do not refund you.. never again..

I have not had a good experience at all. I purchased a $50.00 razor gold gift card just like I have many times before, but this one was missing two Digits for the pin. You can see that they were not scratched off And that they were never there.
I submitted a support ticket that very day
With the pictures of the card with the missing digits at the end, the receipt, and the small gift card receipt. I didn’t hear back from them for two weeks however, when you email them, it says that they’ll get back to you in 24 hours, but sometimes we may experience a quotation “slight delay.” In my opinion, two weeks is more than a slight delay, but that’s my opinion.
When I finally did get a message back, they asked me to send them screenshots of the card receipt and smaller receipt, which was exactly what I sent them in my first email.
Thankfully, they got back to me the next day to tell me that my serial number had been used and they could do nothing for me and that I needed to reach out to the third-party. I like many others are puzzled by this, because you need the pin to redeem the card. If the pin is missing numbers, you cannot redeem the card.
I emailed them back today asking them to please explain to me how it could be redeemed without the pin? I am hoping that we can come to an agreement of either refunding me my $50 or give me another $50 gift card. I’m fine with either one. I am trying to stay positive, but seeing all the reviews on Google and on their own site, it’s hard to believe that they will help me.
I don’t understand why a company would do this to their customers. I’m sure none of us are trying to just throw away money right now. I will update this when I hear back from them. Fingers crossed That maybe they will start helping their customers because I can’t imagine ever buying one of these again if they can’t do the right thing.
Worse customer support ever.
Zero star if it allowed. Slow or non-responsive customer support. Unnecessary F2A security enhance and less recovery options which caused frustration to user. This is just stupid extra work when you can't provide a good support to your customer.
Razer Gold is a blatant thief
I paid for a $50 Google Play digital gift card but when I attempted to redeem the gift card at the Google Play store I received a message that said the gift card cannot be redeemed. There was no error code, just a a few words under the pin entry line saying the pin can't be redeemed. I contacted Razer Gold useless joke of a support tool and was told to contact Google Play support which directed me back to Razer Gold. Needless to say this infuriating routine has been going on since January 27. Razer Gold keeps closing my ticket saying it is successfully closed. it cannot be closed until I receive what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from this thieving company you will get nothing in return for your money except headaches and grey hair.
They attempted to steal £50
I bought £50 worth of pins from their official website for the War Thunder deal they had going, when I try using the gold I get errors and later after the deal has expired find out I'm not eligible because "I have a UK razer wallet" so therefore the purchase fails on their end. This in itself was false advertising as I could not find anything official stating this anywhere.
I accept this and think why not use what you have on World of Tanks, I get an error trying to buy that as well, I go to support and enter an email chain which lasted over 3 weeks and ended with them just saying they can't refund the money.
I managed to get £25 back on PayPal but they refused to refund the other £25 pin. Avoid these scammers like the plague. I am not buying from Razer again.

Did a transaction of $10.00 to razer gold for 200+ - 300+ diamonds on Mobile Legends. Send a email to them regarding the issue. replied me back with asking me to send them my transactions and ID. Did it multiple times already but they keep asking me to send them the same thing over and over again. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. some might be successful but some will not. Will not reccommend buying from razer gold if youre buying any game points from them.

I'm extremely disappointed and extremely frustrated by the lack interest in providing any customer support by razer gold.
I purchased a $500 razer gold gift card for my husband as a Christmas gift. My husband is currently based overseas and so I scratched the card for him and sent him the codes. But the codes on the card were only 12 digits instead of the normal 14 digits code. So I tried to contact razer gold card customer service with the problem. I was hoping that they'd give me new codes so that my husband could enjoy the use of his Christmas gift. You see, I had a similar problem with an apple gift card recently where there were not enough numbers on the card that I purchased. The apple customer service investigated promptly, found that it was a manufacturer's error and sent me new codes within no time at all.
So I did not expect this to be a problem with razer gold.... but it was!!!!! First of all, there's no phone number where I could speak to a human about the issue. There's no live chat either where one can chat with a human. The razer gold website tells a blatant lie about the "live chat " with a customer support representative. When I tried to do the "live chat" I discovered that I was chatting with a robot that's programmed to give certain automated responses regardless of your question!!!!!
So frustrating.
Some other "live chats" offered me an annual subscription of $89 to receive a quick answer to my question!!!!!!!!
After some grueling digging around the razer gold website I finally found a link where I could submit a ticket with my complaint via email. I went ahead and submitted an elaborate description of the issue with my gift card including pictures of the front and back of the razer gold card as well as the proof of purchase in the form of the receipt. And I waited and waited. It took them 5 days to respond to the email.
Now when the long awaited response finally arrived, it simply informed me that the codes on my card had already been used by someone else and therefore I had no right to claim anything!!!!! Obviously I was very confused. My card is sitting right here with me with the wrong codes on it. How did someone else use it and how did they do that???? My husband is unable to use it because the code doesn't have enough numbers..... so who is this other person who was able to use 12 digits in the place of 14???
Did the customer service representative even read my complaint? Did my complaint even reach a human or was I simply redirected to another robot that generated yet another automatic response???
Does anybody care??? Is there really a customer support team at razer gold card???? Or is everything done by robots???

I have been using their website for a while and never had an issue to redeem the gold pins, until last week.
Whenever I buy a $100 card amd try to redeem it, it says :"This pin has already been redeemed".
Like what? When? Who?
I checked online for reviews, I found many cases with the same issue and Razer company seems not to care about it or does it on purpose to scam people.
A poor guy even lost over $1000 on their fake cards.
After I tried to redeem the card and was faced with this error, so I contacted them.
Here is what their reply was:

I tried to explain to them that noone used the card and that it is an error. I even provided screenshots.
They keep saying that the card was used.
I feel like it's done on purpose, there no issue, they just give you useless cards to steal your money.
Now a special message to the Razer company:
"I Will be short. You have until November 1st, 2023 to refund IN FULL the useless card I bought on YOUR website.
