I was told Razer Gold are a good product, we went out and purchased 2 $100 gift cards. Upon scratching the code, the numbers starting smearing. So the code is unreadable, sent the cards to Razer Gold for review, today we received reply saying the cards has been used. We don't understand how we're they used ,if we can make our code. Please share with other Do not purchase Razer Gold gift cards, buy others brands, They stole $200 and refuse to make good on them.

Its been three weeks since Razer Gold service stole my money and wants more of my sensitive data for release it. It used to be decent gamers wallet few months ago. But now it's ordinary scam. You will reload your account and they will took your money forever giving you new rules of service just in case you want to use your money.. They will block your money as long as you resign, or they took from you fees for keeping your money after few months, preventing you from withdraw in the same time. Avoid!

Razer Gold now is a scam!. They will steal your money And shortly after you reload your Gold wallet, they forbid you to make the payments with your wallet.

Razer gold is a scam. Bought a card, redeemed it to a wallet before looking at games available. There are no games I play. I am unable to redeem my money or buy buy a pin to sell it. I have $50 I'm unable to access. The are stealing money from people and nothing is being done about. Lawsuit time to force them to rewrite policy.

I bought a 50 dollar card from their website and I was debited while I got an email that my transaction was cancelled due to authentication issues so why was I debited, criminals

Razor card sucks. I bought $160 razor gold card at Walmart that was already used. I couldn’t get the $160 back from the razor gold place cause they suck in Walmart couldn’t refund it to me either why cause the razor car place sucks

I tried to buy 100 euros worth of Razer Golds on March 4th, the transaction somehow failed but still got charged. Today is March 28th and still haven’t been reimbursed. I contacted the customer service 3 times and besides being uninterested about my issue, they haven’t done anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Most unhelpful garbage company I've ever seen .I bought two of these razor cards for fifty each at target and while lightly scratching them 2 of the letters stripped off both of the cards I spent fifty each on them .I sent files and uploaded photos and recites and activation codes for two week and the automatically closes case after caee without even addressing the issue .after two weeks I gave up and took the loss I informed them I would leave reviews on the internet I also never got a reply to my messaging .I'm going to file a report thru the better business bureau. .apparently they dont care about that either.be carefull the reviews for this company are bad already i can say ive never delt a compant this unprofessional. Im kust here saying buyers bewars .comanys that dont have aby respect for their customers are no good .try a different form of card.look outor buying any of their cards if the ink comes off you biting the bullet for the money lost .100 dollars is alot to some people I swear they put the inc on so it will happen on purpose.

We bought a cards and four of them have missing numbers so they cannot be redeemed. Razor gold has no customer service to speak of just a bunch of disc disclaimers. They need to be reported to the consumer protection agencies and the DAs office. I’d like to know who owns this company. It’s complete fraud.

I bought two razor gold tickets at Winn-Dixie one for $200 and one for $40 and both the tickets are no good and they refuse to help me. They just take peoples money scam us out of our money. I bought a razor gold card from Kroger. Three weeks ago and the amount of 100$ when I went to redeem it, it said it had been tampered with by vender. I have not received my money back, nor any response from Kroger. Eraser razor gold My advice is to never buy anything from razor again. They are crooked They don't care about other peoples money. I bought 3 razor gold gift cards on October
04,2024 for my son as a reward for the fall, winter, and spring school year because he has a lot of learning delays and behavior troubles, level 3 on ADHD and level 3 on anxiety. So I bribe him to have his work done with good grades the razor gold cards with that being said he got his first card and it only had 12 numbers instead of 14. I have placed tickets in to support to get those numbers or get a refund they refuse to call and talk to me like I have asked. They keep telling that the cards are used which they were not used because they need 14 numbers and all 3 cards have 12. Now I am out of the money that I put on them and now I have an upset teenager. I want to talk to someone to fix it.
It is now 10-10-2024 and I will not ever use there products again, they don't have a number to call for support, which blows my mind, because I have seen the Google reviews and the cards have 14 numbers not 12. I have done everything they they have asked me to do. When I called another department they had told me they would resubmit the ticket and that someone will call me which they did not do, but an email. I am one angry mom.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!

They will suspend your razer gold wallet for no reason, do not top up with them. I've lost $150. Don't throw ur physical receipt if you purchase the cards from stores, otherwise ur money will be GONE. I guess this is how they earn money :)

I purchased several gift cards at different prices and times. Non are legit. All saying already redeemed. I am the one who scratched the cards off. $150 loss because they can't take responsibility for anything.

By the way, I will change my opinion about Razer Gold. Fortunately, they addressed my issue. Now I'm satisfied with their customer support. 10/10

I purchased $400 in razor cards from grocery store. When we tried to redeem them they had been and last digits on cards were gone. I filed case number, they asked for me file police report. I did! Then they needed to e to review, then they wanted police to investigate?? I asked for my money back or valid cards to redeem. They rejected any request and said police should look further into the matter. Now in my eyes police went as far as they could. Two months have passed and they still expect police to do something about a previous redeemed card and missing pin numbers. I lost out on four hundred dollars!! I believe Razor card has a internal problem with their card manufacturer and they refuse to investigate on their side . Not fair for me to lose my money! Where you is their accountability?
