A horrible card I I have lost $800 there is no customer service nobody to talk to Albertsons where I bought it doesn’t wanna know anything they said their card was activated and it’s not it’s just sitting there. Nobody could tell me how to fix it don’t use razor gold card for any reason.

I have always used Razer gold card without any issues until last week. 2 numbers were not visible on the pin and when I tried to use it it said error. I reached out to the customer service department which is an email or chat you can’t call them and I sent them a picture of the blurry numbers receipt of purchase and all they said it was activated. I told them it read error… to no avail… I lost all the money on the card… be careful if you are purchasing any cards.. if something is wrong with the card you will not get back your money! Use someone else reputable that will value and understand your issue.

I had my Amazon account hacked on August 22, 2023. I caught it within a few hours and notified Amazon as far as I could go up the ladder. Each time the employee would refer it to the gift card department and I would hear back in 2 days Nope. Call again and spent another hour only to be told the same thing. Today, I spoke to a supervisor, if you want to call him that. Absolutely no help and a joke. They have always been very responsive in things like packages that didn't show up, etc. But this experience was different. Let me get to the point. The person who hacked my account purchased (4) $100 gift cards and immediately redeemed them by going to "resend the gift card" and get this, it asks you if you want to send it to a different email or you can even view it with everything there, codes, PIN etc. WTH! Although it went to my other email account which was the only one of the 4 showed up. I have spent hours on this and finally decided to write it off. I have never heard of Razer, I'm not a gamer and moreover I don't purchase gift cards online. I'll buy them at the store but never online. Even that is questionable these days. The end result is if you purchase a gift card on Amazon for non-amazon companies, be prepared to lose your money. I am not even close to kidding. Razer has no phone number and no way to have them check for fraud. They use the "hide behind email" tactic. You can't say they can't afford a phone line because I'm sure $400 would cover it. You can create a support ticket but nothing gives you the option about this type of incident. This is sick that someone would do this especially the online giant Amazon who has everything, but lacks in the security area. Take a look at Razer's policy. In a nutshell, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN! It gets even better. Now when I go to leave a review on Amazon with this experience, I get a message stating " Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews". Um, since it is listed in my previous purchases it seems I can leave a review since I paid $300 in total 3+ plus hours wasted dealing with Amazon. Amazon did this to only these 3 cards and none of my other purchases. So, I decided I am going to post this to 100's of review boards along with tabloids. If you are dependent on Amazon as we are, do what we are doing at this moment. open a separate bank account with a debit card. Set the daily spending limit to $100 or your estimated daily spending. If you need to up it for a day, call your bank and they will do this at no charge and for the period you specify. The bank will do this for you as they are aware of the gift card scams come to find out. Luckily this was on a true Visa credit card so they took it off my hands, but I am still prepared to lose the $300. Savor the flavor because this sure as hell won't happen again. Another important thing to take note for those of you who do purchase gift cards on Amazon, eBay or any other venue, make sure you check the website of the company selling through these venues and click on Terms of Use" along with their frequently asked questions. You will find there is no protection and absolutely no refunds. Another option is to get a pre-paid Visa and pay the $5 for it. Think of what I would have saved if I had this type of card. It wouldn't have happened because there would not be anough to even buy one of these cards. Oh, buy your card at Publix, Kroger or any reputable grocery store. They listen and if there is enough complaint's they will remove their gift cards from the shelf. That is the only way to stop this crap is to hit them in the pocket. Imagine if Publix or Whole Foods removed a specific company from their shelves. These companies will feel this no matter how big they are. Same with Amazon, if you go through this issue I just experienced, if it happens enough, bye, bye to that company's gift cards on the store shelves nationwide. Think about it, do you want your weekly shoppers to go to a competitor because you sold them something like this and a customer getting ticked off at you for another company's tactics. That is why I buy from larger grocery stores.

I haven't had a problem with Razor cards yet but Steam and Apple cards I have had a problem. Bought and went to use ASAP and was informed they were already redeemed. The stores will do nothing and Steam and Apple would do nothing. Something has to be done to make these businesses/people responsible for what they sell and buyers not be out of funds.

Al principio iba todo bien mis diamantes de free llegaban a mi cuenta pero luego 3 recargas quedaron pendiente 30 dólares aproximadamente no han resuelto i ya pasó un mes i mi reembolso no ha Sido procesado ya doy por perdido mi dinero pues he contactado al banco i me pide una nota de Razer gold que indique que se está haciendo el reembolso pero no me solucionan

They lied and said I'd receive my gift card "shortly " but never heard from them. I contacted customer service and got the lame excuse they canceled my order because something was missing. Only thing missing was their intelligence. This was to be a gift for a Sunday school kid. You cannot trust Razer!

It is scam and they should be put out of business.
I just bought 6 Razer gold cards, 4 at $50 each and 2 at $30 each from Walmart. I sent the cards to the recipients and literally 10 minutes later I was informed the cards were already used. $260 useless because Walmart says all sales are final. This is a garbage card

Transact through this company at your own risk. If you like gacha, this is the best company to use. There is a very low chance, you will get what you've purchased. But when you check your bank account, the money will be gone.

It is scam and they should be put out of bussiness.
You won't be able to pay for anything and you will not get any refunds or even contact from customers support as that is non existent.

Any 3rd Party that you will to use your curency won't clear the payment and their customer support will just deflect you onto "Razer Gold".

I bought razer gold in order to use it for an ingame event of a company that cooperates with razer.

Only after having paid I noticed that Razer is incapable of fulfilling the services for which they took that money. Now I have Razer Gold worth 150€ and cant do anything.

They won´t refund either, despite the fact that it´s technical problems on Razer´s side which is the cause why the transaction wont work.

Support isn´t a support at all. All they do is write a pre-generated wall of text about how sorry they are, then claim everything works fine (it apparently doesnt!) and close the ticket.

In my book offering services that you cannot provide once you received the money but refusing to refund it either is a scam.

These are scammer, please do not buy anything from this website, I paid 1900 inr to this bloody website but now my money is stuck and they said we do not give refund, and they also have not send me the product or my money back these are big materduckers

I opened an account here for a promotion which gave me a measly balance that could not be used to purchase anything at all within the website. Today, I find out that they are charging inactive and dormant fees to my account because I did not use their meaningless platform. I suppose this whole promotion setup was just an elaborate extortion scheme to try and get you to charge your balance so you don't lose any of the 3 cents the promotion gives you. I would recommend avoiding Razer Gold.

I bought twice and they were already used by someone before my purchases. I contacted them and still no words more than 2 months.
I lost $1000.00.
I still have receipts.
Never again to purchase razer gold gift cards again.

Razorgold has deducted my payments and not giving bank . It's been 3-4 weeks customer service is looking into this issue, not sure if they are competent to handle the business as with the current response time it looks like they don't want to give money back.
I don't know whom to reach out as I need help to get my money back, so writing this review.
I forwarded all the details to the CEO of Razorgold and awaiting response.

Horrific service.

Absolutely horrible website, removes services as they wish, not fulfilling customers' orders and very bad customer support service.

I bought a Giftcard for 10€ and never got the product I purchased. It's been over a week and still stuck in pending. Customer support keeps repeating the same thing like a robot for all support tickets asking me to provide a screenshot and transaction ID even though I already provided all these things.

They should be embarrassed of themselves and just shut down this horrible scammy business.

I have a lot bad card. To many all the c it’s not matter how much I get or how many. I tired of this.bad or already used.

Wanted to buy couple games on sale but they sold out before i was able to buy them. Now i'm stuck with useless Razer gold that i can't spend anywhere else and they don't even offer refunds.

Just bought a $130.00 gold razor and with in minutes it was already worthless and used before I could even use it… This is bulls$@t and the phone number is disconnected and not a refund available… Don’t waste your time or money with this service… All scam for free money
