Go Raw Arvostelua 

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 10kg of turkey necks and 20kg of goose necks. In their marketing they say you can expect a next day delivery of your dog food but mine didn't arrive until I chased things up nearly a week later. Then I got told no goose necks in stock but that they could send the turkey necks and then the goose necks would follow. 2 weeks later and I still have not heard anything from this company about my £110 order of goose necks. Monday I de-frosted 1 of the packs of turkey necks. I thought it was odd as none of my 3 dogs wanted to eat them so I gave them something else later that day I opened my fridge to a really bad smell. I thought what the heck is that so I went through my fridge and it was these turkey necks. I immediately wrote an email to Go-Raw cancelling my order of goose necks and asking for a refund for the turkey necks with a video of how bad and gunky these were once de-frosted. 24 hours later after writing this email I still have not heard from this company. I have to say you can always tell a company by how they respond to complaints and I am shocked that I have not even had a call or an email to apologise and a refund of course. I will be doing a Google review now as I cant believe they would sell such bad food that we could naively feed to our dogs. Luckily for me my dogs refused to eat it!!!

Called to ask regarding food for sensitive skin for my dog girls were very helpful and advised what else I can try.

We have been using Go Raw products at The Vale Ferretry UK for several years as part of our meat‑supplementation routine. Throughout this period, the salmon chunks, sardines and lambs liver and the Durham VIP range have consistently been of reliable quality. These items have proven to be well‑prepared, appropriately portioned, and suitable for maintaining a varied and balanced diet for our ferrets.Overall, our experience with the range has been positive, and the products have met the standards required for regular use within a specialist ferretry setting.

This is great quality food arrives quickly.

I order online and collect at the Newport shop on Sunday AM.
The service is excellent, with my order packed and ready for collection. The young lady is always cheerful and helpful. I also find the prices very competitive.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic company and great value for money. What is really outstanding to me though is their customer service. They were waiting on stock to come in so contacted me to offer an alternative. I initially said I would wait but a few days later asked for an alternative. They reassured me the products were very similar. The director also added a couple free extra chubbs too. I have been a customer for nearly a year now and have no complaints. Yes, the odd order a coule of the chubbs arrive partially defrosted, but they refreeze perfectly fine. My dog certainly doesn't mind! And that's the understandable risk you take when ordering frozen food online, and I am nowhere close to where they are based either. Thank you!! :)

This is a good company let down by a poor courier. Late and delayed deliveries, APC tend to drop defrosted meat on the doorstep and scarper - not even ringing the bell. Promises of delivery and then nothing - we were late going on holiday recently because of their awful service.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic, they can’t do enough to help and are always accommodating! I won’t order from anywhere else. My dog loves all the brands, as I’ve made sure she has sampled all of them. Brilliant company with fast delivery.

Good quality raw food with a very large range. Quick delivery and if out of stock you are always contacted to suggest alternatives.

Having used Go Raw for many years, it takes quite a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this latest experience has been extremely disappointing.

The first issue is communication and delivery tracking.

I placed an order last week and then heard absolutely nothing for days. As someone ordering frozen food, I plan my week around deliveries. With no updates and no indication of when my order would arrive, I ended up organising my time around a delivery that I knew nothing about.

Late last night I finally received notification that delivery would be today. When I checked the tracking system, I was shown as number 62 of 67 deliveries. Today the tracking information appears even less useful, showing little more than a map of my local area without providing any meaningful indication of where the driver is or when delivery can realistically be expected.

I emailed Go Raw for clarification and have received no response.

The second issue is the notices now appearing regarding frozen products arriving thawed or not fully frozen. I find this concerning. Once an order leaves your premises, the customer has absolutely no control over how it is handled, transported or stored. Any deterioration in condition during transit is entirely outside the customer’s control.

These are two separate issues, but together they have seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

The food itself may be good quality and reasonably priced, but that is no longer enough. Reliable communication, accurate delivery information and confidence that products will arrive in the condition expected are fundamental parts of the service.

After years of ordering from Go Raw, I am now actively looking at alternative suppliers for my dog’s food going forward.

Both Bentley and tiggy was found on the streets of Greece as small pups so they missed out on good nutrition now they are on raw with go raw I know they are getting everything they need, great service

We are elated to finally visit the Bargoed store today where we were warmly welcomed along with our 1yo black Labrador, Duke. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, where we were not rushed nor treated like idiots. Duke was weighed and assessed and is now transitioning from cooked to, our new best place to shop, Go-Raw with their in-expensive mixes. He loves the quality, texture and quantity. Hopefully their quality is better than their driving (very poor and don't yield at roundabouts)

I have been with Go Raw for my dog's food for a few years but then at Christmas there was a mix up with the delivery price so I decided to try another raw food company . What a silly move, both my dogs ended up with constipation (too high bone content) itchy and flaky skin. I have now returned to Go Raw as my dogs were so healthy on their prime raw range!
( Durham feeds was the other company)

Well this was my first ever order and if this experience was anything to go by I've hit the jackpot!
The brands I wanted delivered superbly quickly, packaging spot on (in fact the box was so good I'll use it for my Internet business). Absolute top notch.

I have been been ordering from Go Raw since my two Cane Corso hounds were puppies. There has been so far, no problems regarding delivery or freshness. Extremely well packaged and labelled as l live in London. They have an extensive range of raw products, from minces to chunks and bones. If something is out of stock a member of staff will be in contact to discuss alternative options. Nothing is replaced without it being verified. Amazing customer service and I can not imagine using another company for any of my dogs needs. We love you woof woof woof woof. 🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely fab company so so friendly and helpful.
We took our Samoyed down to have her harness fitted and they were fab with her.
She absolutely loves the tripe mince and the turkey mince I’ve never given my other two dogs raw food but introduced it to them over the last 3 weeks and they love it.
What a fabulous place such a lovely friendly place.
And the prices are great

Getting raw food can be awkward and HEAVY to carry when you have 3 large dogs to feed. Go Raw makes it easy with their subscription service. The delivery is always when you expect it and it's delivered in packaging that keeps the slubs frozen. Thank you
