The whole ordering process was straightforward. The pendant arrived safely packaged, was easy to attach and has become part of our normal routine. I’m pleased with the overall experience.
I ordered two tags for my two Yorkshire terriers . There was no improvement in their barking at all !! The stones came in two big velvet boxes which must have cost a lot of the £62 I paid out plus three different size rings to connect them to the collars. The stones that came were really tiny . I asked if I could return under the 30day guarantee.They gave me the address in France !! When I took them to the post office they said it would cost £38 to post them back to them . It would not pay me to do that .i wrote to only pets stating the cost and that how could the stones be genuine if the postage was £38 plus the velvet boxes plus the three rings . I have not had a reply from them . This whole thing must be a scam !! The address I had to send them back to when I looked on the maps was a block of flats in France . !! I have been conned out of £62 !!

Good product overall, but there’s room for improvement.
I contacted customer support before ordering because I had a question about the size. They got back to me quickly and provided useful information, which helped me decide.
The pendant has a smart appearance and feels better made than I expected. I also liked the way it was presented and packaged when it arrived.
Product met expectations but wasn't exceptional.
Ordering was straightforward, but communication could be better.
Pet product worked reasonably well, but quality wasn't perfect.
Was put on the dog Saturday and today (monday) the cord has snapped with the ball/stone no where to be found.
£40 for something that breaks within a couple of days is not good especially when it needs a 'few weeks' to notice the difference
Product was okay, but delivery could be improved.
