Bought a prime raw no chicken allergy mix. Only to find every single mix has 20% chicken in it and 8-10% poultry bone. The response from the retailer is the supplier has changed the recipe. If that’s the case you need to remove the no chicken allergy box from your website as it’s misleading. When a dog has a chicken allergy you can’t give them 20% chicken! It doesn’t matter if it’s mixed with lamb, beef or salmon THEY ARE STILL ALLERGIC TO IT!!! won’t buy from you or your sister company again

1st time user. Order process was simple and despatch was quick. When it arrived, half the packs were either fully or partially defrosted so I emailed. I got a reply late at night saying they'd checked everything and found it unusual that it had defrosted, was like they didnt believe me even though i sent pics taken just after delivery. They offered to replace. I replied thanking them for getting back to me and that I'd appreciate a replacement but they only need to replace half. Since then, crickets.
Yesterday I defrosted a pack, it was very very wet and mushy, my dogs took one sniff and walked away. Thought maybe just a new food so tried encouraging them but they won't touch it. I'll not buy again because 1. Customer service isn't great and 2. The food is not at all appetising. I'll take the loss and go to a more local farm supplier. You get what you pay for i guess.

I discovered raw direct and i was very excited to start my french bulldog on them. The price was very good for the amount of food, packaging was nice and compact it all looked great. I got the variety box with the hopes my dog would love it and benefit a lot from raw food. He is not a picky eater at all and eats pretty much everything. He gas also been on raw diet before without any issues. Once i started him on the food i noticed issues straight away. Upset stomach, runny poo vomiting etc. i was hopeful that with a slow and easy transition he will get use to it but never did. He was staring at the food bowl trying to eat everything except the meat. What really made me question the product is when i took a freshly defrosted roll and left it in our garden as we have some foxes that pass by. Within 2 minutes the fox came to the roll sniffed it and walked away… that was crazy to me haha. Foxes literally eat garbage, dead animals bones everything and they didnt want to touch these rolls. I tried different types for them just so i dont have to throw it away, but even the foxes didnt want to eat this shit. I dont know how its made or what is inside, but my dog that eats everything without thinking twice got sick and then the foxes in london dont even want this. I had to throw away 15 rolls im the end as i couldn’t get rid of them. Save yourself the stress and money and buy something else.

Terrible customer service. Delivered to wrong address and came thawed.so cannot refreeze.

We've used Raw Direct twice now and will return again ! We have two Poms and two Chows, and all four dogs lick their bowls clean. We've tried so many different foods over the years - and the Chows are FUSSY! - and this seems to be the only one so far that the all love.

Also great service and packaging. It's nice to see a customer-focused seller these days.

I've been using Raw Direct to feed my GSD for the past couple of months and I can't recommend them enough. I've put the "prime raw" beef complete and chicken complete on subscribe and save, delivering 30 of each every month (warning: 60 tubes of frozen meat is A LOT! It takes up two entire freezer drawers!)
Their customer service is excellent. I had one delivery issue where they dispatched an order to my work address on a Friday, so no one was in over the weekend to receive it. As soon as they received my email they cancelled the dispatch and sent one the next week and even gave me a 25% discount for the trouble.
