I'm delighted with the style of both pairs I ordered and the optical prescription is ideal. Plus, it took Glasses Direct less than a week to make and deliver them.

Ordered 3 pairs with different frames. One frame was too big and kept falling off my nose. Very straightforward to send back and a replacement pair was sent within a few days. No further charge.

Absolutely brilliant service. Arrived in 7 days and perfect. I bought 5 pairs of different styles and lens'. When one pair wasn't quite right they sent another pair with my preferences within 7 days and didn't wait for me to send previous pair first which made it easier and allowed me to compare to ensure I was happy which ones suited me best and I sent the first pair back. Couldn't recommend highly enough

I have dealt with Glasses Direct for several years and have excellent service. This was another good experience.

I was a bit wary of buying my prescription glasses online but I am so glad I did. The whole procedure was so easy and very helpful instructions. Very quick delivery and lovely good quality glasses.

I am super pleased with my new prescription glasses. I definitely saved a good chunk of money rather than going an elsewhere. Arrived in under 2 weeks and hassle free.

I had a problem with my first pair of glasses which I ordered as they went missing but that was no problems for Glasses Direct they just re-ordered a new pair and sent them out to me great customer service I would highly recommend them as I have have used Glasses Direct for several years now and have always been pleased with the quality and service

Very happy with the product, feels like a quality product. Cool options for customization however I would consider offering more tint options and I find the tint a bit darker than expected (it also slightly shifts into magenta so not a true grey tint).

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, the first to use for my computer and they are perfect. The second sadly readers are impossible to use, I then took them in together with my prescription back to the optician who said the lenses bare no resemblance to any of the figures on my prescription which explains why I can’t read anything . I am returning the reading glasses today. Previously I have had super experience with glasses direct however this has tainted that somewhat.

It was easy to navigate all the procedures to choose frames and enter prescription. Price was good and if delivery had been a bit quicker I would have given 5 stars

The price of these glasses seem to be reasonable and the quality is just the same as any high street optician. However it is very difficult to observe  from a picture on a screen what the fit of the glasses and actually how they will really look. The two pairs I received came a week apart from each other and apparently this is a mail order company  that has designed the packaging so it can not fit through a standard letter box, which is strange. I happened to be in when the first package arrived, however the second one was just left on my door steep and was delivered on a Sunday evening. I disliked the glasses I received both the look and the fit, so I have purchased through a High street optician which for 2 x glasses cost £90 which is only £24.05 more than glasses direct. Arranged a proper fitting and ongoing assistance for adjustments and maintenance. Will not be using glasses direct again easier to visit your local optician.
