Clear website and instructions. Glasses were delivered quickly and with good communication on progress of the order. Good quality frames and lenses. It would be helpful to have some detailed measurements of frames - one pair was bigger than I thought. Good after service when I needed to return a pair.

Easy, efficient

Sunglasses are quite nice but not as sturdy as the picture showed but they do the job. Very happy with the cost, far cheaper than going to the opticians. If you have a busy life very convenient being able to buy online.

Fantastic service, high quality frames and lenses at a competitive price. Communications could be have been better; I chose the wrong colour at first, emailed them 5 minutes later to rectify, no reply. Called the next day but was told I had to cancel the order, get a refund and order again. All the time wasting could have been very easily avoided.

Good product cheap prices what's not to like fit like a dream

I ordered a pair of glasses with the correct arm length. First few days they were fine. After which every time I bent over they fell off my face.

I took them to a lovely opticians who redid the arm, within 2 days they fell off my face AGAIN.
I contacted glasses direct I was made to return them. Thus process was long winded. I was asked to return them under tracked ( as they were originally wanting UPS to collect and I dont have time to sit at home waiting for a company to collect). I took them to Royal Mail, as the order were over £70 I had to send them via Special delivery for them to arrive next day by 1pm. I was called twice very early from glasses direct as they were unable to locate the tracking number.
They wanted my bank details but unlike most places you enter some code acc no. Not with this company they needed IBAN and something else which id NEVER HEARD OF.
I called them today asking for an update. The amount I paid for the return will take 2-3 weeks to process as it has to go through clearing, which is ridiculous.
I got mt Cath Kidston glasses and typed on the 6 widget code which brought up information telling me that the arm lentgh us indeed 140mm. Ive had these glasses for 9 years.
I ordered another pair with glasses direct using the measurements of 140mm AGAIN the glasses fall off my face. Im not going to bother returning them, id rather cut my loses and go to a high street opticians to I can pop into them if I have any problems.
I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER PAIR FROM THIS COMPANY AND I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE I KNOW.

Reasonable price, quick delivery, glasses fit/ look great and the prescription is correct(slight delay with 2nd pair as they were sent back before they got to me... for quality control check, but happy that they are meticulous with their checks)
