You can relax knowing your eye care is in the best hands. We have 9 qualified opticians that check through all orders and prescriptions to make sure everything is in order. Furthermore, our friendly and helpful customer service team are always on-hand, ready to answer any questions. They help customers with a range of queries, including those regarding prescriptions, lenses and even style advice! All of our glasses are checked and dispatched from our warehouse in Nottingham.

Easy ordering process

Easy ordering process, Glasses arrived on the seventh day after ordering. Didn't have any need to speak with customer / dispensing service therefore
I can't rate on this occasion. The only negative observation was notification from Royal Mail that the glasses had been dispatched was before Glasses Direct notification.

An easy to use and good company

From ordering frames to try at home, to placing an order, the whole process is straightforward and efficient. There is a good selection of frames and lenses to choose from and if you eventually place an order, the communication and updates are informative. I ordered varifocal glasses for my father’s and he’s pleased with them.
