Great company to use for professional photos and video tours. There are a lot of integrated features such as blur if you need to make small amendments to your photos but staff are always there to help if you need anything more with prompt responses and results!

Wir nutzen die Giraffe seit über einem Jahr und geben Sie nicht mehr her. Wenn ich mich an die qualvolle Zeit vor der Giraffe zurück erinnere schaudert es mich. Bildschirm berühren, kurz warten, fertig. Danach übernimmt die KI die Bearbeitung der Grundrisse, Bilder und Rundgänge. Jederzeit wieder!

Every time we need assistance, the team get back to us really quickly and sort the problem or query efficiently. They're always really friendly and helpful and their support is SO much better than any other supplier we deal with. Anmol, Hassan, Sawa - I'm sure there are others but these are the ones I deal with time and time again and they're all great.

Been using Giraffe360 since I joined the agency in January.
I absolutely love it. With it not only taking pictures, creating a 360 tour it also measures each room to create a floorplan that is clear and easy to read. I love that you can also edit any photos or videos.
Anytime I have had a query regarding changing something or how to do something, it is sorted really quickly. The chat box gives you access to a nice and friendly person, who offers easy instructions on how to solve my problem. I am always telling people about how good the sytem is.

Have required the help of the Giraffe Support Staff/Helpdesk and ALWAYS found they are very responsive and always been able to solve my query efficiently. 10/10 / 5 *****

Bis jetzt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Giraffe, uns wurde alles genau erklärt und auf offene Fragen wird immer so schnell wie möglich geantwortet.
Einziger kleiner Wehmut Tropfen ist, dass wir noch etwas länger Zeit gebraucht hätten, da doch noch einiges offen war. Dies konnten wir jedoch dann in weiteren Verlauf noch klären.
