Cannot select seats NO customer service!
Cannot select seats. They are automatically allocated. Contacted customer service who simply offer NO service to the customer. Will not use again and would not recommended. I simply wanted aisle seats due to a specific need. Email respond was brusque and a simple NO! This is not what is advised in your FAQ

For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book.

Everything was fine until it got to…
Everything was fine until it got to payment and it took a few clicks to get it moving. Also the tickets I chose were not the area I got. Very annoying when you get the detaila after payment.

Great service once more from this company. I had 2 day priority and I was only waiting about 2 minutes in the queue at 9.30 before I got access. Got aisle seats almost where I would have chosen if I could have accessed the map. But very happy. And protection on the tickets for just £10. Prices excellent too!
