When filling out forms on your website…
When filling out forms on your website it doesn't handle auto-complete of information properly. For example filling out address information with the auto feature does not cause the validation on the form to register that all the mandatory items have been filled in. I repeatedly could not progress with payment because the page thought something was misssin when it was not. It took me a while to work this out. It caused me to go over the time-limit on some tickets I wanted, which I lost out on.

From Pre Sale, Super fast and smooth, the ticket purchasing experience was excellent, thank you very much.
From start, ( Pre sale notification ) log in, use code and enter site, the process was very smooth and when I gained access from the waiting room everything flowed very smoothly and with great speed.

Booking experience
Logged on to site, put in password, booked tickets, paid by PayPal only to find that it didn't work. Finally figured out you have to log into gigs page first. The front row seats that Id promised myself as a 70th birthday present were gone- let down by this dire site. If there's another way of getting your tickets use that- avoid this company at all costs

A good service, but seat choice and clear pricing were not clear.
Most of the process, pre-sale access to tickets, etc, was great. I found the seat allocation process frustrating though. There was a small diagram of the venue that I struggled to see clearly and three ticket prices, but no suggestion of which seats were what price. There was also only an option to have the best available seats rather than allowing me to pick the seats that I would like to sit in. I had to go backwards and forwards through the process to work out what the seat prices were and where the "best available" for that price might be. By the time I'd done that, I'd missed out on some of the seats I would have actually liked...

Utterly pathetic site,trying to book VIP tickets for Neighbourhood weekend and live in local postcode but no resident discount applied.

Adding fees just because they can, completely exploiting music fans. And putting insurance costs on is absurd! If the product is not supplied we shouldn't have to insure ourselves or be out of pocket for this. Shocking treatment of customers
