Simple Minds 2027 tour. Pre-sale. Really easy and clear system. Pre-sale code from Simple Minds as I am a subscriber and that worked perfectly. 15 minutes in total to book really good seats at Manchester Co Op arena for May 7th. Queuing for less than 5 minutes and system kept me informed what was going on. Painless.

Easy to use
Usually get tickets from Ticketmaster but Gigs and Tours charge less for booking fees. Easy to sign up, buy the tickets and find them in the wallet.

Seating plan display
First time I have used this company. Overall a positive experience. When I got to ordering tickets I would have like the seating plan style of picking tickets rather than best available and no real idea where, eg Row E seats 6&7 are in the venue. It’s only after you book as you are on a time limit that you can pull up a seating plan and see where they are.

Straightforward ticket site
Easy to click through from the pre-sale email then a reasonable choice of ticket prices. No problem entering card details and the whole thing went pretty well.
