Easy to book
Very easy to get on the site and book the tickets my only complaint is that I could book in a certain block but I couldn't see the actual seats I only had the choice of normal seat or aisle

Concert tickets for the O2 London
Received an email in advance of the tickets going on sale, so a great reminder. Joined the waiting room and was quickly connected. Easy to navigate seating choices/options which were clearly priced with fees etc. mentioned too - complete clarity.
Selected my preferred seating location and was offered the tickets immediately. Within a minute or two had paid and booked. Simple, stress free and now my preferred provider. Highly recommended.

I was just disappointed that when I initially went to purchase tickets via PayPal the amount was deducted from my account & then returned .
I then had to reapply for tickets using a Visa card & by that time the seats I wanted had gone .

My husband tried for 20 mins to book…
My husband tried for 20 mins to book tickets but the process wouldn’t complete. He gave up. I tried - got kicked out twice then finally completed. Should be alot smoother and easier!
