Unclear pricing and information
When I tried to book tickets there were three pricing options, but no information about what was different about each option.
Two were even the same price.
A couple of days after buying the tickets I received an email saying my tickets had been "renamed" and found I'd bought balcony tickets. I was told I'd receive another email with new ticket and that has still not arrived.
So I am unsure exactly what tickets I have actually bought.
The different prices should be explained on the booking page.

Great experience
The website is clear and easy to use and I found it straightforward to find the tickets I wanted. I liked that the seat layout plan was also on the page. Highly recommended and I look forward to using again.

I tried to book seats in certain…
I tried to book seats in certain locations and I was being told that they weren't available. I ended up with sits in a location that I didn't want. When I checked later the seats I wanted appeared to be available.

For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book.

Best way to get tickets
We managed to purchase 6 tickets on a pre-sale and not only do 6 friends get to sit together they were £30 cheaper than when on General Sale a day later.

Great website
Great website. Easy to access and navigate. I personally would have preferred a bit longer on the timer for selection of seats and payment. Confirmation was immediate which was reassuring. Overall a very good first time experience of using the website.
