There needs to be an option to choose…
There needs to be an option to choose seats from a plan rather than random allocation and subsequent release . This would make buying tickets so much simpler, easier and quicker.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We have a designated seating map on the left hand side of the booking page, which is also on the next stage/page of booking once tickets are in your basket.
For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book.

Check if you already have an account before booking
I was booking pre sale. The website was easy enough to use, but I had to set up an account first.
You then have to download the venue (O2 Arena) and the tickets will be delivered there.
It took me several attempts to sort everything (loss of signal at one point didn’t help.
The seats offered for the price we wanted to pay seemed to improve with each booking attempt.

It was not the easiest experience
It was not tge easiest experience as the screen wouldn’t move on and I didn’t know why. It turned out I hadn’t saved my address but no hint that it was the problem all the while the clock was ticking down on my tickets quite stressful actually

Did not have long enough to complete transaction before being timed out, lost our place three times because of this. Unable to see where your seats were and the link i was emailed for the pre sale didn`t work.

Simple Minds 2027 tour
Simple Minds 2027 tour. Pre-sale. Really easy and clear system. Pre-sale code from Simple Minds as I am a subscriber and that worked perfectly. 15 minutes in total to book really good seats at Manchester Co Op arena for May 7th. Queuing for less than 5 minutes and system kept me informed what was going on. Painless.

Easy to use
Usually get tickets from Ticketmaster but Gigs and Tours charge less for booking fees. Easy to sign up, buy the tickets and find them in the wallet.
