Whole process needs overhauling.
Passcode failed the first time so I lost the better seats I was going for. OK the second time. It now tells me I need to download the OVO Arena app. I cannot do this as my version of Android is too current!! (v16) This is ridiculous - get it sorted! I have installed AXS but it took hours to create an account. I just hope I'll be able to see my digital tickets when they finally arrive. Leaving only a week or so before the event does not give nearly enough time to sort any problems should there be any. Frankly, the whole process is pants. Bring back paper tickets.

Hi, sorry that this happened. This on sale was extremely popular with lots of customers trying for tickets at the exact same time. This means that a purchase can take a little longer than usual with availability and ticket types/amounts fluctuating. You will be emailed once your tickets are ready to download , they will become available 1-2 weeks before the show. Thank you for persevering and hope you enjoy the gig either way. Thanks ^M

I'm hopeless when it comes to organising tickets, so consequently I usually ask friends to get them but on this occasion, I had to get my own, once I had found the correct link to use, the process was easy and straightforward, I'm a huge Gary Numan fan , so I definitely didn't want to miss this gig, thanks, Gigs and Tours ☺️

paper tickets please
I feel that not having a paper ticket option very restrictive, as O Dont always wish to take my phone to a gig .
Also , entering and te entering my password and then starting from the beginning each time very frustrating when trying to buy a ticket
