Compré un equipo backmount completo y el trato de Belinda y el equipo fue impecable — respuestas rápidas, información clara y mucha flexibilidad ante una situación logística complicada por mi parte. El pedido llegó en perfecto estado y dentro del plazo acordado. Sin duda la mejor tienda de buceo online en España para material técnico. Muy recomendable.

I love the Products and would love to order all my divingthings here BUT the shipping and the customs duty is SOOOO expensive! i paid close to 100 Euros just for that without the product

It would help if you contacted the customer to say something was out of stock, instead I had to contact you a week later to find out which really upset my plans.

Es una tienda fiable, bien gestionada y con un surtido muy amplio. A veces los tiempos se alargan un poco porque no todo está en stock, pero es comprensible.

Solo una pega aunque pequeña muchos de los kits de mantenimiento no los teneis en stock y eso deberia figurar en la web y plazo de disponibilidad. No obstante respondeis siempre y sois muy amables y los plazos no suelen ser largos

After an initial hiccup when the item was not in stock, they kept me informed and sorted it for me, on the whole very satisfied with them. I would certainly use them again.

Some items were not in stock.
They informed me that delivery would be later.
After a while one item still had delivery problems.
After cosultation the item was taken of the order and the rest was send to me and delivery was within two days.

While my order was delayed, through no fault of Gidive, I was kept informed and offered a full refund if I did not want to wait. My item was eventually available, I was advised and the item was delivered soon afterwards.
