Compre ahi porque decian que tenian el material en stock. Y pasadas 2 semanas solo tenian 1 de los 3 objetos disponibles.
Llamando por telefono me dieron hasta 3 fechas aprox. de entrega que nunca se dieron. Termine pidiendo la devolucion de los 2 prpductos y comprandolos a otra empresa en Dinamarca llegandome a España en 48h.

Bought 2 cressi bluetooth devices, neither of which work, sent information 6 weeks ago, they replied that they would contact cressi, and heard nothing since.
I have just returned from holiday & will be contacting them for a refund, but estimate that I'll be about 20-30 euros out of pocket after postage etc.

Good variety and excellent prices. Very responsive customer service. The only negative, sometimes items are out of stock and get delivered with time delay of a couple of weeks. Also a bit unexpected shipping is not free even on high ticket ordets

I would be careful to order anything online with this company, as returning items is proving complicated - in my case, a Cressi watch that i wore for a couple of hours only to realize it was uncomfortable and too heavy for my wrist. The item is still in pristine condition, so is the packaging, but the company refused to take it back.
I had carefully read the conditions for 'devoluciones', and i believe i should have been given the opportunity to send it back for the company to assess the possibility of resale, as stated in their policy.
But they said no. Upsetting.
So i m left with a very new and beautiful watch that i won't wear..
A pity and a waste of money.

Bestellung Anfang August aufgegeben, Artikel als "verfügbar" angezeigt. Über eine Woche keine Information erhalten. Erst auf Nachfrage teilte man mir mit, der Artikel sei doch nicht verfügbar und es gäbe keinen absehbaren Liefertermin. Keine proaktive Kommunikation, keine Entschuldigung für die verpasste Zeit. Für einen Urlaub geplant und dann fast ohne Ware dagestanden. Bestand auf der Website ist falsch.

en la página web indicais artículos por una parte de los que no disponéis y tenéis que pedir al fabricante y por otra de los que incluso están descatalogados. pero esta respuesta solo me llega una vez que he pagado y estoy esperando el pedido.
