Amazing service. Posted the straighteners just before Christmas and was amazed to receive a message the next day explaining what was needed to repair the GHDs. I paid for the extra part needed and they were posted back as soon as they could be after Christmas. This is the third time I have used this company and thoroughly recommend them.

Amazing quick turnaround in 4 days including Bank Holiday. Modified fix to permanently fix a known error with original GHD design. Thorough explanation provided. Very confident they will last a long time now

Was a bit hesitant in sending my wife’s GHDs in to be repaired as Google brought the company up. But I thought I had nothing to loose as they were broken anyway.
Instructions was very clear in what was needed to do in order for them to be posted. On arrival had an email saying item received then the item has been repaired and what was wrong with it. All in all turn around was about 3 days from day 1 of me posting. 100% use them again

We had an absolutely amazing experience using the fine folks at GHD Repair. We sent the irons on Thursday and they arrived back with us on Saturday! Less than 48 hours! They’re working perfectly and we can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended.

What an amazing on line repair service. My wife thought that her straighteners were totally broken. But after a quick search on line we fount GHD. Saw that they had a common fault and they were repairable. Went through the easy online form filling out posted the irons on 1st class RM tracked. Imagine the surprise I got when I got an email the next day to say they had been repaired and will be posted back to us either that day or the next day. Then the following day the irons were back at ours all repaired and working 100%. 3 days turnaround in total. All in all cost was about £45 including the cost of postage both ways. Totally amazing service. Thank you so much for everything.

Great experience with this company, I attempted a repair on my wife's GHD straighteners with a third party thermal element which did not work. Searching YouTube I then stumbled across a video posted by ghd-repair, they knew what they were doing and it made total sense to contact them. Sent then a message and had a swift reply saying they could fix them, which they did. My wife was over the moon. A thoroughly professional service. If you need straighteners repaired just send them to these guys.

Absolutely flawless, can not fault this company, sent off my beloved platinum+ hair straighteners that had stopped working, sent them on Thursday 19th and have already received them back today Monday 23rd in full working order. So pleased and one happy customer can’t thank them enough!

My ghd Platnumplus are over 5 years old when they stopped working, the light was flashing red & not heating up then they were working intermittently. Saw these reviews and thought I had nothing to loose by paying for the repair service. Sent them off first class post Thursday morning, just over 24 hours later Friday lunchtime I had an email to say they were repaired. They were delivered back to me by royal mail on the Saturday morning within 48 hours of me sending them. They are now working perfectly. Highly recommend this service

Like others below, I don't usually write reviews but the service was amazing. My 2 year old Platinum+ straighteners stopped working because I dropped them. I posted them Tuesday, they were returned mended by Friday, working perfectly again. Thank you GHD repair for saving me money, but more importantly for me, keeping a nearly new appliance out of landfill.

Just received my wife's GHDMax straighteners in this morning's post. Sent them to be repaired on Thursday from Scotland to Northamptonshire and they were returned Saturday morning. Tested OK and my wife is delighted. A really quick and efficient repair service. Kept informed of what the fault issue was and that the straighteners were being returned. Great service.
