Absolutely excellent service. I sent my straighteners on a Thursday on guaranteed next day delivery & I received them back on Saturday morning. Completely overhauled with a new wire & plug which can even be used in Europe without an adapter. Totally exceeded my expectations. Great communication as well via email. Ordered a replacement cable and socket for my wife’s Straighteners from ghd-repair, the parts arrived within a couple of days. I had a problem with the socket so contacted them for help, was told to try a couple of things but still couldn’t get them working. They sent me a replacement socket which arrived the following morning and the straighteners are now working perfectly. Great customer service from ghd-repair and Trevor Matthews in particular.

Absolutely amazing service!! My GHDs were flashing red on heating and so looked online for a reputable repairers.
Saw GHD Repairs had excellent reviews, filled out a user friendly form, paid the appropriate cost, packaged them up and posted them off on Thursday afternoon.
Came home from shopping today (Saturday) to find a Royal Mail card that a package had been left at a neighbour’s. You can only imagine my delight that it was my GHDs, in full working order!! What an incredible service, cannot thank GHD Repairs enough, highly recommend!!

I was absolutely gutted when my GHD Platinum+ straighteners began cutting out and beeping/flashing red! I found this company online and after filling in an easy form and paying a VERY reasonable price, I sent them off keeping everything crossed that they could be repaired! This was Thursday afternoon, by Friday I’d received an email saying that they had been repaired and by Saturday morning they were back in my hands! I cannot recommend nor thank this company enough! I go on holiday next week and was dreading my hair surviving the humidity without my GHDs. Thank you!

Annoyingly the GHD gold Straighteners do not have the same staying power as my old trusted OG pair! After they fell from my dressing table they began to bleep and flash red around the on switch (outside me my warranty period) I feared that they were ready for the bin. But alas I found this company through Trust Pilot Reviews and I have been impressed with the service from start to finish. Very simple to use, clear instructions to follow and quick turn around. I’m really happy to have my straighteners back in working condition and from the notes provided it would appear that they have taken steps to make the straighteners less easy to break. Needless to say I’ve now invested into a holder for them- lesson learned. Thank you GHD Repair Team

I was gutted when my GHD gold straightners stopped working and after a quick Google search I found this company. I completed an easy form, paid online and I posted off my straightners Thursday morning and received them back and working Saturday morning! Really pleased with this super quick service.

I accidentally knocked my GHD straighteners on the side of a table and they just instantly stopped working. I assumed I would have to get a new pair. However, I sent them off GHD Repair and they were fixed in no time and even replaced the wire/plug. They were then sent back to me so quickly. I really appreciate the service given.
