This company is top notch! Brilliant systems in place to deal with your queries and your needs and SUPER RAPID repair of GHD tools. Each time I've used them for Straightener or Hairdryer repairs, I've had said tool back within the same week! Cannot recommend them highly enough, exceptional service and I've spread the word among my friends too. Very reasonable cost of repairs which prolong the life of costly (and essential!) hair tools!

Excellent service. Website was very clear about what services were offered and how much it would cost. Clear instructions on how to package and send items to ensure no damage was caused to item. From what I can tell my item was repaired and mailed on the same day (and may well have been the day it was received). Returned in perfect working condition. I found this firm on Google after searching to see if there was anywhere that might take my fizzled out GHD helios hairdryer before I took it to the tip. This was primarily just to see if someone could make use of it so I was delighted to find that I could be paid £30 for it. I was slightly dubious packing it off, wondering if or when I'd be paid. However, I shouldn't have worried as this firm is both honest & quick! I posted the hairdryer ordinary 2nd class post on the Thursday & on the Monday they had paid me the £30. Really happy with this excellent service as I would otherwise have disposed of the dryer for nothing. Many thanks!

AMAZING service. My GHD straighteners were sent for repair to this company on Wednesday, to arrive Thursday morning. They were not heating up at all. They had died. This afternoon, Friday, only two days later they have been returned by Royal Mail, repaired !! I would highly recommend this company.

Sent my GHD Platinum Plus straighteners in for repair after experiencing a red flashing light shortly after powering up. The GHD repair team were fantastic- I received my straighteners back within three working days, I was kept updated on their progress throughout and most importantly, they’re now working as good as new!
