I'm really happy with the service I received from GHD repair spares . I needed a new cable for my GHDs and the ordering process was simple and straightforward having used them in the past. The repair was completed quickly, and I had my GHDs back in full working order within a couple of days. The email communication with Trevor was great - very responsive. Fantastic and speedy service. GHD Repair have been able to revive a pair of 15 year old+ set of hair straighteners which we were convinced were fit for the bin before we found out that they can be repaired. At this rate I don't think we'll have to buy a new pair of straighteners again! I would highly recommend the repair services that they offer.

Such a first class service - easy to complete the forms and packing and so speedy fix - mine needed loads but all in the price

This company gave me replacement arms covered in someone else's scalp, make up, sweat ect!!! They were completely and utterly filthy. Their customer service following this was terrible. The guy refused to even apologise and instead moaned about how I'd packaged them and how old they were! I sent him photos and will be posting them on fb/ insta later so please look at those reviews too. Reapplying the old arms (which was the know resolution offered) will not fix the fact these people think using filthy parts is OK. I am contacting trading standards too as in a post covid world I'm amazed they are operating whilst sending out such filthy parts as standard. I tried the complaints procedure on their website prior to writing this but it's futile. I've used quite a few of these repair people over the years. This is the only time I've ever had an issue. So please use a different online repair service, these guys are unscrupulous!
