I am a secondary teacher and utilize Geoguessr/Seterra to study countries, capitals and flags. Last year they ran an ad to join ICE and this year they are running and ad for ED! I have reported both and received a non-answer answer, if you know what I mean. Their reply comes in at 3am and immediately 1 minute later they close the report due to ¨not hearing back from you¨. Well, I am not reading emails at 3am. I know this site is widely used k-12 and I cannot believe they are running such an ad.

don’t bother, you have to pay for everything. sad excuse for developers, just money grabbers that don’t care about their fanbase. can’t wait till someone ports the game!

I cancelled subscription but they somehow made me pay for 2 more months before giving me a mail

Trapped me in a subscription that is really hard to get out of. On a separate account, charged me an annual subscription I never wanted. They never returned the money despite multiple requests.

What would YOU call a business that does that?

it really sucks and they should fix the problem where you cant clutch last minute for example a gamer like me finishes the last 3 seconds but if it doesn't register then thats not my fault like they should reimburse you with 5000 points because i was literally so close so 1 star for disrespecting gamers like me and fix your game geoguessr. This game frauded me and you have to pay so many things. I AM NOT HAPPY

I just got bored playing a few locations. Then I decided to cancel my subscription.

it woud not work at all i tried 5 diffrent deivice

automatically upgraded my subscription plan without telling me, woke up to like $300 in charges. don't sign up. the features aren't worth it and it's buggy.

Changed my mind within the 14 days and they ignored my request for a refund after the tedious process of applying. Dirty rotten scoundrels.

so i bought the subscription and then after about 1-2 months i got banned without reason first it was to 25 may 2026 then it got extended i didnt even got to play it just got extended to 29 may 2026 after that it got extended AGAIN but this time permanent without reason they gave me no info about it i wrote them an email at my first ban i wrote it 25 may when i opened my account to se the extended ban no answer i stil havent got an answer it has been almost 2 weeks and i wrote another email at my permanent ban (5 days ago) no answer i have not cheated i have not googled they just banned we without reason with no info

Its a very good game but you need a good pc. on phone or on tablet you need to pay 2 euro per month. BUT ON STEAM its freeeee. BUT unfortunately there are froud people too.

You have to pay if you want to play, don't even download it. It's just a waste of space on your phone.
At least make it affordable, 32 dollars a year to play on a low quality laggy game.
They raised the price from 20 to 32 in a year.
Just say straight away on the app, don't waste your time, take out your wallet if you want to play.
